Management team needs to train staff better on the definition of customer service. Was in yesterday to pick up wine and specifically chose to walk to this store for its selection, despite having been right by the yaletown liquor store. After paying we realized one of the price tags was listed under the wrong bottle, so as we were about to leave we let the teller “Nick” know it should be moved to display correctly as this could cause some confusion for other customers the same way it did for us. His response was that we should tell customer service. He was at the till and isn’t responsible for pricing or stocking.
We then reiterated he doesn’t need to do it right this moment, but as an employee he can communicate this to the other staff members to have it changed. His response was that he “ might forget “ As a paying customer I was insulted that he felt like we owed any responsibility to walk around the store and communicate this to the other staff members. His attitude was incredibly shocking and unacceptable and I hope the management team follows up with this employee. If he allowed himself to make those comments to us, he probably does it on a regular basis as he did not care at all.

Very RUDE customer service. Especially in this store. Small store. Don't have many options.

The customer service is usually pretty good but then again you don't usually need customer service in this tiny little abbreviated liquor store. It's very tiny and you're not likely to find most of the Obscure items you'd find in a full size liquor store. For the standard wine beer and hard liquor and some select liquors, you'd be good to go at the start. It was larger it might get five stars.

Lots of wine from the local! No one would be able to help you here. You need to do some homework first!

Convenient location in Yaletown. Small but well stocked with a good variety. Not that convenient for drivers but there are better bigger locations nearby if you drive eg Cambie & W8th across from Whole Foods.
