3 times same happening within 1 month before but I'm first reviewed today.

Even though my past experiences at this store have been pleasant regarding customer service, yesterday me and my partner had a really bad experience with the cashier Mark. We saw him being nice to customers in front of us but when it was our turn he acted very rude toward us and had an attitude, it was clear that he didn’t like us even though we didn’t do anything. Other staff members were nice to us while we were shopping, so I don’t know what Mark’s problem was with us. We felt unwelcome in the store because of him, it’s just not acceptable to be selective in how you treat customers. I hope the manager of the store deals with this.

I am a guest.
I am not trying to receive any service as a customer.
The moment I happily chose a drink to share with my family and went to the cashier.
Rudeness to the point where I felt like I had done something wrong.
I felt an unspoken threat telling me not to come back again.
Why is it like that?
She looked like a Filipino woman.
Is it dissatisfaction with Chinese people or dissatisfaction with Asians? I am also Asian.
I don't like this place.
It's already been over 10 times.
I moved here in October last year.
Please don't frown even if you don't smile at the moment of calculating.
Or how about closing the business and giving more benefits to those who work hard somewhere else?

So much wine. Entire refrigerated wall for cold beers, ciders, etc. Nice new building location

This review is about the new location. Great choice of alcohol but the cashier, specifically the white, middle aged man with white hair, is a piece of junk. He displayed Terrible attitude and pathetic communication skills. Really condescending toward customers. Ruined the great vibe that the other great staff created in this store. Hope he gets fired soon

Always great service, however they have limited the variety of alcoholic choices as they are preparing to move into the new store on Arbutus soon.
