I was just in here and was served by a rad dude named Nel. He has such great energy and amazing customer service skills. In today's society where people hate their jobs, it was super refreshing to see someone with a positive and uplifting attitude. Keep up the great work Nel! You are a rockstar!

The cashier I had was so happy and cheerful. I can't remember his name but I went there at around 5pm on july8.23.

One wine I purchased, which I thought was ine sale, turned out not to be. Either the wine was misplaced (or mislabled). When I mentioned this to the staff, they were indiffernt to the problem.

Standard government liquor store I think. Staff could be friendlier but good selection of products and cold area too

Always friendly when I go in. They can answer any questions you have for them

I like going to this location because the staff never changes very much. It's always been the same friendly or non friendly faces since I first moved to Kamloops (it's still nice to see the unhappy familiar faces as well people like familiar and liked to be remembered. They have a great selection of drinks as well and lots of them. Not a place likely to run out of your favorite beverage.

Was in 10 minutes ago, had one of the rudest cashiers iv ever experienced. The cashier with short black hair and glasses need some guidance in customer service.

Spent money here to get treating like I was dumb.
