When I usually take my recycle to the depot I went to store 42 …the clerk taking my few bottles was rude and argumentative … his name was “Mike” I left embarrassed and asked him to donate my 60 cents to charity. I told the manager there he was rude and he has a problem with dealing with the public
I then took my business to the private sector received great customer service

I really appreciate the staff at the Parksville liquor store. Sandra is amazing, she went out of her way for me and I just want to say, Sandra is a star employee. Thank you Sandra and to all of the employees at the Parksville liquor store, your service is so deserving of 5 stars.

Excellent customer service throughout my experience in the store, and I was offered carry out service without even having to ask (I use a cane).
