The boss Tony and his team did a very good job in my house for two days. They were so professional. They teach us how to us the thermostat. They clean up their mess after the finished it. I will recommend to all my friends out there. They spend the whole day in my house just to finish it.

Andy was the one whom I spoke to first to set up my home combi boiler annual servicing. Found him very polite snd profession like. Tony who attended with another person was technically sound and proficient while doing the servicing. Some parts were required and he csme back the day as promised and renewed the parts and put the boiler back to service. Later I called him to clarify some querry on ghe boiler and he accepted my call and politely explained to me saying if I had any further questions I could call him. This is good service. BCRC Heating team installed heat pump/ac on april 8. They communicated well what and where they were installing and did a great job plus cleaned up afterward. Great guys and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

My boiler broke down just after probably the coldest days and I need to bring it back or install new one at timely manner. Andy and Tony came and did a great job walking me through different options and finally installed brand new combi-boiler cleanly and professionally. At one time, there was issue with upstairs heating, and Tony was able to come to my place to fix within half an hour after the call, which is simply truly amazing service. Very happy with their work and service.

Contacted BCRC to obtain a quote for replacing a malfunctioning heat pump and air handler. From the first call to the final installation, I found them to be professional and a pleasure to deal with. They provided me with enough information to choose an unexpected brand, Bosch and I am happy with how quiet the unit is. I would recommend Andy and his team to anyone.

Tony, and BCRC generally, were extremely efficient and quick at installing our Bosch heat pump. The price was better than other companies as well. Tony was prompt in coming over to correct startup niggles with the system.

There is a rapid turnaround from quote to installation, and the installers work conscientiously. They answer customers' questions with a sincere attitude. As a customer, we are very satisfied with all services.

These guys are amazing! We first used them last year during the heat dome, when Andy and Tony came and installed a central AC system for us. Then our furnace failed in early December and they replaced it within a day. And this year when a part went on the AC unit that was installed last year, they came and fixed it as soon as they received the part - which was covered under warranty and they chose to rush in for us instead of waiting for the manufacturer’s delivery.

Every request we have made of them has been met professionally, quickly, cost effectively and with a smile. I trust them to look after our interests while building their business.

Installed a 4 head multi split AC unit in my 30+ year home. Works great for heating AND cooling! Andy and the team came by with 4 vans and worked non stop finished in 1.5 days.made sure things were installed and working smoothly! They are very responsive to concerns as well. We had BCRC replace a new Lennox A/C unit to replace our old unit in our condo apartment on Monday after just contacting them last week. The crew showed up on time. They were professional as well as polite and very personable. Everything went smooth and they took away the old unit. They are a Lennox dealership. We needed to replace our aging boiler (30+ years) and a domestic hot water tank that was no longer effectively providing hot water. We set out to get quotes from at least 5 different businesses and chose BCRC Heating & Cooling. They answered the many questions we had, responded timely, and provided quotes for different types of systems and brands that we requested. After our own research and consultation with BCRC we decided that an IBC Boiler in addition to an IBC storage tank for our domestic hot water would more than meet the demands of our family and for the size of our house. BCRC provided a timeline for the install (4 days) and they made sure they adhered to it. They kept the site clean and placed a protective covering on our floors. They were very accommodating to some of the adjustments we requested and made sure that we were very happy with the install and the process. As expected, their work passed inspection and for the last week we have been enjoying rapid, unlimited, uninterrupted domestic hot water and a heating system that is 95% efficient. Thank you to the BCRC Heating and Cooling team (Andy, Tony and Adam) for making this a great experience and thank you for helping with the submission of the rebates. We will definitely be calling BCRC to do our annual maintenance for this system.

During the recent floods in Vancouver, my crawl space took in water which damaged two newly installed gas furnaces, leaving my tenants without heat. With me trapped in the Okanagan, I had to rely on Tony and his crew to assess the damage and deal with the insurance claim. They took care of the problem and had the furnaces replaced in record time, taking an enormous load off my shoulders. We hired BCRC to service our 40 years heating boiler system. And Tony showed up on time to do the service. After checking the system, he recommended that the boiler was not working properly anymore and after explaining to us everything so we agreed to have the boiler replaced with a higher energy efficiency system. The showed up the next day morning and took them almost about the full day to finish the job. At the end, Tony did a fabulous job as we were so surprised and happy! I called BCRC after seeing a review on Yelp, and Andy quoted me a service charge. My fireplace had a pilot light but wouldn’t light. Assuming it was just the thermopile or thermocouple malfunctioning, I wasn’t expecting anything needing to be replaced for my barely used but never serviced for over 10 year gas fireplace. Tony came over and gave me a quote for all that needed work. Since the cost for replacement of parts was unexpected, I called Andy and was given a quote that was more affordable. Tony came back in a couple days to replace the gas valve, the thermopile and thermocouple, only to realise the tiny part at the end of gas pipe was blocking the flow of gas. After searching for the part, Tony came back the following week expecting to finish the repair, only to find out that the pilot light is also no longer functioning. Tony looked for parts for a few days, and finally, on the fourth visit, the fireplace was fixed! During the pandemic, parts were hard to locate. Andy and Tony both made multiples trips to get parts for my fireplace. I very much appreciate their patience and insistent on satisfaction of customers. Tony is very easy to communicate with for arrangements of time, and always made sure work in progress is out of sight and tidy. I recommend their service.
