I hate to say that I have had too many visits to this place, that's a comment on my car luck, not the company. Extremely organized, very professional and very courteous. They only work on imports, not domestic cars.

What a pleasure it was working with this shop!

The repair they had done was quick and seamless with communication provided throughout the repair process. The loaner vehicle that I had was a brand new Toyota Corolla Hybrid and I couldn’t believe how much I liked it.

They detailed my car inside and outside which was fantastic and unexpected. I was waiting until my vehicle repair was completed before I detailed it, but just another thing off my plate.

Only room for improvement is the windshield washer fluid was empty after they replaced the fluid tank. Not a biggy, had a bottle in my trunk and filled it up before I left.

Windshield replacement on my VW Golf R today. Amazing experience all around. Very professional staff at the front of house helped me fill out paperwork and offered coffee while I waited for the courtesy car to be brought around. He listened attentively to my story of a rubber mark on my paint job that I made when I was changing my snow tires. Courtesy car was clean and the walk around to check for pre-existing damage was efficient and led by a friendly staff. I appreciated the phone call during the day to let me know the approximate time that service would be complete. My car was cleaned when I went to pick up. Usually the areas under the spoiler and lift gate are missed, but they even cleaned those areas and also the gas hatch too. They wiped down my interior console and re-wired the front dash camera in without extra charges. They even installed the camera it in the same spot on the windshield and aligned it. Needless to say that these small details made me confident in the quality of the windshield replacement. ICBC deductible paid after job completed. I’m very happy about the overall experience and just wish I’d come in sooner to B&D.

I brought my Toyota Rav4 2022 to them due to an accident that I had last month. They immediately checked and inspected my car and gave me an appointment within a week to replace the intended part. They also provided me with a BMW X1 while they kept my car. Everything was done smoothly and the car was fixed in a day. I highly recommend them as they treat you professionally and fix your car with no trouble.

I brought in my pearl white Acura TLX as the car had been rear ended and pushed into the car in front. The repair came back perfect. I'm very happy with the end result and it was fixed in a timely fashion. The front house staff are very nice and friendly to deal with and always had an answer for everything. I had two cars repaired here over the last six years. A BMW and a Subaru. They did great work on both. Staff was honest and courteous. Loaner was clean.

After getting into a car accident, my driver side mirror cover was knocked off and was told by ICBC that I had to spend at least $600 to replace the mirror for Toyota RAV4. However, someone referred me to this autobody shop for the repair. I didn't need to replace the mirror but instead they were able to fix the driver side mirror for less than the deductible.

Great service from start to finish! The overall experience was smooth and the quality of work was terrific. Unexpected bonus was that the car was cleaned and vacuumed as well.

I took my BMW X1 for repair after I got into an accident. They did a phenomenal job fixing the rear bumper, and exhaust, their customer service was exceptional and Raymond helped me out with making the right choice for the parts of my car. They are fast, reliable and efficient. I had my car repaired in two days and they also gave me a BMW as a loaner. They gave me back my car cleaner than what I gave them. I would definitely recommend to go here and they are also BMW certified!

I had my drivers side window suddenly shatter while driving 100km/hr on the highway. It was a pretty scary experience and then I was left windowless with no secure parking.

I called B&D Autobody and they were exceptional.
I was able to take my car in right away and they vacuumed out the glass and taped up the window. The following morning and I was able to bring my car in for same day window replacement.

The whole team was really friendly, genuine and fast!

This is my first experience with B&D Autobody, and they've exceeded my expectations. They were referred to me through one of the top dealerships in Vancouver to take care my brand new Venza 2021 Limited.

Now the project is done, and I appreciate this referral. Service was friendly and the quality of work is topnotch. I've been to several of the popular repair shops in the Vancouver because I'm the car guy and the quality is the best so far based on color matching and panel alignment. They were friendly and had an open attitude to explaining all the work which was done.

Amazing customer service and super friendly staff! My husband and I showed up to the shop with 10 minutes or maybe less till closing time. They accommodated us and took my car right away for repairs that day so we didn’t have to come back. We have a newborn so convenience is so important for us; we filled out one simple form for the repairs and left. They texted and called me when my car was done and were so flexible in accommodating my schedule when picking it up. I will definitely be returning to B&D for any future repairs!

I got into a minor car accident in my 2016 Toyota Corolla LE and was recommended by my cousin to go to B & D Autobody and Glass and I was not disappointed! Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the moment I called them. Colin was very helpful on the phone and set up a time for me to come in and take photos of my car and explained to me how the whole procedure works.

From the moment I got to the shop, I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist Vi, who had all the paperwork ready and made the process very easy and efficient. They have a temperature scanner too, which made me realize that they are a responsible business who care about the safety of their staff and customers. They offered me beverages or tea that was available for customers while I waited, which I thought was a nice touch.

They have great Loaner cars; I got a 2020 Toyota Camry SE, which was very clean and practically brand new. Before I left, one of the associates, Jeff asked where I got my decal on my bumper because they had to remove it to fix some damage. They ordered it off Amazon for me and replaced it and put it back on themselves That was an incredibly kind gesture that I wasn't expecting. When I got my car back after 5 days, it looked brand new! They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car, along with my rims, without even asking! They also gave me a great pen with my invoice:)

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the whole experience at B & D Autobody and Glass. A 30+ year business that I can tell cares about their customers. I would highly recommend using them for any of your Autobody needs.

I had a fender bender in my Q5 and took it to B&D. They took amazing care of the car and made it look new again. Even when I had a later complication arise which left me between a warranty and ICBC, Raymond went out of his way to help me out until the warranty was finally accepted. Excellent quality and service! Raymond was great at communicating and making sure my Jeep was well taken care of. They also arranged the proper rental vehicle we needed for our road trip! They did a great job on the repairs and even took care of some extra scratches we wanted removed. Definitely recommend these guys!

Collin took his time explaining what could be done and set the expectation. The end result of his team's work was absolutely great, and the job was finished before anticipated time. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle so I was well informed of the progress. I appreciated the use of their loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop. I cant say enough about how lovely these people are to deal with. I went in after a pretty upsetting car accident and they were so professional and knowledgeable and warmly personable (suggesting I might come in and sit with a hot chocolate, when they saw I was wobbly on my feet). Top-notch shop. Someone hit my parked car underground and was a decent enough of a guy that he ended up paying for the repair up front. I picked B&D because they are Lexus and BMW certified, which is definitely not easy to obtain. Raymond and the team are fantastic. Loaner car was a new Lexus UX250H (nice). Car was ready the next day at noon. Definitely will recommend this shop to anyone.

I've had some unfortunate luck with my car over the last few years but you wouldn't be able to tell because of how detail-oriented they are. Front staff & mechanics have always been friendly and warm as they saw me through a totalled car, bumper repairs, sensor replacements, and more. B&D is the only repair shop I trust, highly recommend!

Regency Lexus referred us to repair our vehicle here as they are certified by Lexus. However, when we called, someone took down the information and we were told someone will call us back but it has been 3 days and no one attempted to reach back to us. We went with another shop instead.

After years of being a customer of them (used them about 3 times in 10 years due to other people hitting my vehicles), I had a bad experience with them when the paint job they did on the bumper of my Toyota Sienna started to peel off in big pieces. I only use this vehicle on the city (no dirt road). I asked them to help fix this but they wanted to charge me the materials at around CAD 800. The technician that inspects the car agreed that there was an issue with that job they did, but he told me the Manager had told him what to offer me and there was no other suggestion from them. I guess they are a good body shop, until something goes sideways and then they only care about their bottom line ($). They lost a loyal customer.

I actually had expected my car to be ready by Monday morning and needed it (it's an SUV) to pick up some larger items to put into my trunk. As soon as they alerted me that it would not be ready on time, they had one of their guys come and pick up my large.items in one of their vans and personally delivered it back to the body shop and placed them in my car trunk for me. 10/10 (also the car was immaculately clean afterward - bonus!) Unfortunately a distracted driver ran into my 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman a few weeks ago. My dealer recommended B&D and they did a very good job of repairing the car. I would highly recommend them.
