BD Diesel Performance

According to my code reader, I needed a new actuator for my Ram diesel and the local Dodge dealer wanted $3000 for a remanufactured one. I went to BD diesel to get their opinion, Nick wad awesome and set me up with a new actuator including new turbo for $4000! BD took my truck that same day and it was ready 2 days later, my truck felt like it was now spooling faster and I had a lot more engine braking. Great service and price. Thanks again Nick!

I bought a track bar from bd diesel a year ago. The collar on the track.bar is broken and because it was 10 days over warranty they will not send a new one. They said they will replace the collar but it I backorder. Figured they could maybe get one out of a new package but they said they can't do that. I will not be purchasing any further parts from bd. Poor customer service

I have a 2018 RAM 1500, my exhaust manifold suffered the common hemi fail.the ticking drove me nuts. I didn't want to have it happen again so I bought BD's exhaust manifold and couldn't be happier!

Nobody knows whats going on there. Wasted hours of my time trying to get a simple refund. Was givin the wrong information several times.

They gave me a very bad experience. Multiple phone calls, I was lead on multiple times and shipping took 3 weeks instead of the stated 2-10 business days. Apparently one of the parts was on back order but nothing about that was said or stated before purchase. They also offer expedited shipping for a fee but that doesn’t make sense since the parts are on back order. Also there exhaust manifold studs are complete Junk. I’ve used Chinese parts better than them. This is coming from someone who takes there time. Cross threaded 5 holes but as soon as I would but the oem studs in it was fine.wouldn’t buy from them.

I would not recommend this company. They do not stand behind their product. CHECK THEIR BBB RATING! I ordered a valve body that took a month and a half to arrive, their cores get epoxied as a permanent fix and is standard practice with the BD Valve body. This epoxy they used blew out and caused my input shaft to snap ruining a bunch of other transmission components that would have cost $7,000 to rebuild, but BD Diesel would not pay that invoice. I was told if the valve body was tested and they found it to be their fault, they would send me a new transmission because they could for half of the cost of the rebuild. As you would assume, they received their valve body and said everything was fine, there were no issues and would only refund me for the valve body and no further compensation even though they knew I was over 2,000 miles away from home racking up a hotel expense, waiting on them while they dragged their feet for 3 weeks. Customer service was terrible and not even the owner Christian Roth, would respond to an email or phone call.

Poor customer service, sold me a blown turbo from an iron horn kit, Will not be buying their trash ever again.
