Beach Fire Brewing and Nosh House

We stopped in at Beachfire as a suggestion from Google on a 40th birthday weekend celebration. The staff were attentive, gracious, generous, and prompt. Especially enjoyed the house brewed E. S. B.in our flights. Food was a hit with myself & my companion. Thanks again for hosting us on an especially chilly afternoon as local Vancouver Island staycationers. *The small batch dill pickle beer is deadly!

Little confusion around who was serving is at first but after that, service was great. Good atmosphere. Very kid friendly with board games to play while we visited. Quiet and easy to socialize. Been here numerous times and nearly always very satisfied. We might have hit them right at shift change which is no problem i6f there's. Definitely worth the visit.

Beachfire is a great spot for food and drinks. They helped us host a meeting and the food, drinks, and service were all amazing. Thanks Beachfire!

Whenever we are in town we hit up Beach Fire for some food and a pint. Awesome service, great atmosphere and a great place to hang out. My girls get their fill on boba across the street and then join me while I try their new beers and old standbys.

The food is always good. I tried their soup this last trip and it was outstanding. My daughter had a taste and ordered one herself. Big endorsement and definitely a step above their usual pretzel order. I highly recommend trying it out and supporting your local craft beer establishment!

Inviting atmosphere and fun vibe. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and told about their beer selection. Our server was super friendly and I even got a hairdresser referral from her
Beers were good. Didn’t have food but if did look good.

Place was wonderful. They had a fantastic 3 piece band on a Sunday afternoon they where great. Had a flight of beer's very yummy. Nice afternoon.

Both the beer and the food were delicious. Great atmosphere. We will be back next time we are up island.

My absolute favourite brewery on the island.
This place has such a fun, friendly environment, especially with Live Music playing!
I live exactly in the middle between Campbell River and Courteney, so I have twice as many options as most, but I'll still choose Beachfire if I'm looking for a great beer with even greater service.
Additionally, their kitchen serves an exceptional menu. I absolute recommend trying their Korean Cauliflower.

Great food paired with a flight of beers served by attentive staff, we will definitely go back.

We were there today. My wife and I both had a beer and the beer was very good but no one came back to take a food order so unfortunately we didn't get to try the food. The place wasn't even busy. Pretty disappointed with the service. We ended up going to Sessions Taphouse for some killer nachos and some more beer. 5 out of 5 for Sessions Taphouse!

Amazing pub, good selection of seating. You can sit in a quiet lounge area, outdoor patio or at the bar top with the friendly staff and their amazing beer!

Lynn was an outstanding server in every way! All of the ladies working were fun and friendly and absolutely rocked a busy evening. Highly recommend this spot for the great service, good food, and yummy brews. Cheers!

The Spruce Ale is a shining example of how to do it right. It's a style (?) (flavor maybe) you'll try few other places. Not too aromatic, just earthy enough.
Truly a superb beer.

The apricot sour was excellent too but it may have tasted that way because it was somewhere north of 30° and it was all kinds of refreshing.

Food is great too. Get the tuna stack, this is the coast after all.

Great place to stop for a beer and the food was great. Had the burger which was amazing and the Buddha bowl which was also good. Tried a few different beers and none were bad.

Neat place with great atmosphere. The beer and the food was great. We especially loved the saison The inside interior was pleasant to look at.

I would definitely come back, the food and service was good and they had a good selection of draft beer. The patio is spacious and pet friendly.

Their beer menu has something for everyone and was wonderful but the food! Everything that came out looked great. We both had the beet salad and we shared a dessert. The beet salad was delicious and refreshing. The rhubarb crisp was generous and so yummy! If you haven't tried this place, you need to. The service was super friendly and efficient. All boxes are ticked here. 5 stars for sure.

Turning away customers is not good practice under any circumstances. Its not the right choice not to let certain people in because of beliefs, or health status. Asking for personal medical information as well as denying a customer based on such information is illegal under the Canadian Charter of Rights, the Canadian Bill of Rights, the Human Rights Code, the Personal Health Information Protection Act, and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. What the government is doing is asking buisnesses to inforce a mandate which violates these laws. No law or mandate (v passports) in canada supersedes the charter and if it does its null and void.
You have a choice to do the right thing.

Three of us out for beers and food. So. I have had some awfully good mussels.but.never as good as these Chipotle & Lime mussels. Made from Laura's original receipe, still prepared as she meant them to be.

Had a flight then settled on The Pale Ale.but all were delish.

We went in for just the beer. I had the Moskow Mule, which had a great ginger lime flavor. My husband had the Blond Ale and really enjoyed it. It was a great cozy place.

Was highly recommend from the hotel stuff, so we decide to give it a try. Not much food choice on the menu, chicken quesadilla I order was okay, beer was average. Little pricey for what I got.

I was pretty disappointed with Beach Fire Brewing; the beer options weren’t great compared to many other breweries we visited on the Island and the food wasn’t great. Staff were friendly, but I also saw someone working in the kitchen who wasn’t wearing a mask, so that wasn’t great either.

Really chill place, spacious with indoor and outdoor patio areas. Great place to be.
The current seasonals (cherry lime sour and pina colada hefeweizen) are so good!

Fantastic place to eat. Fabulous staff, lively vibe and great food.
The salad, mussels and burrito are what we tried and our souls and stomachs were very happy.

Welcoming staff. Airy, comfy, relaxing space done in a funky industrial style.
Coffee comes in individual french press - make it the way you like it. Wife said their brewed-on-premises beer was excellent. Grilled Reuben sandwich w salad & cilantro/ lime mussels were v good.

Menu was very limited for gluten free and further limited as the kitchen was closed due to the heat wave.
Nice vibe and we enjoyed our Buddha Bowls but would have liked to try some other dishes.
The beer was just so-so. I tried their flavour of the day and could not detect any of the notes they claimed.
Nice to see more independent restaurants opening up in Campbell River. This one is worth a try.

Great beers and friendly servers, but they forgot about our food that was ordered. We waited as other tables were served and about an hour after that paid for our beers and left

Limited choice of beers, which were mediocre. The server we had was less than helpful and not knowledgeable on the menu. If you want a menu you'd better take a picture of the chalk board when you come in as there isn't anything at the tables and the server won't know it. We ordered kids grilled cheese but got a quesadilla. We sent it back but it returned with the explanation that they were out of bread so we didn't have much choice but to accept it. At least we were comped for that when we prompted them to. When we asked what the desert options were our server pointed to the chalk board behind us and said there they are.

Terrible service, waited a 1/2 hour to take our order and we left a 1/2 hour later as the food didn't show up

Excellent spot for a stop on a long drive. Very friendly staff, fantastic mix of food options, and fun decor. Enjoyed various sizes of various beer options as well. We’ll be back!

Had an amazing charcuterie board at a very reasonable price. Beers were also delicious and cold on a hot day. Two patios to choose from - both lovely!

Small batch are always great. The standards are delicious as well! Can't wait for patio and pizza again!

Beers were very good. The service was a little rude, rushed and they weren’t clear on how to order with Covid protocols and rules. Seemed like they weren’t happy we were trying to dine there.

Their patio at the front is dog friendly. Nice selection of beers. Very good health measures in place.

Highly recommend this place for beers, ambience and their food. Their smoked meat sandwich and selection of soups was top notch!

Good food in a cool space in Campbell River. Service was great and loved the local art on the walls.

Amazing beer, incredible food! We had the meat and cheese plate and the beef tacos, both were crazy good. Tried the saison and the blonde ale and highly recommend both. Great place, would go back for sure.

Great food and live entertainment. I highly recommend this place. Hopefully, they will brew an IPA soon.

Great place to eat and drink. We had the Mussels in lime chipolte sauce to start and then the Butter chicken and Chicken burrito for our dinner. Excellent food and service!

Amazing eats! Always the most interesting and enticing creations! Prices are fair and portions are perfect! Not stuffed beyond comfort and no waste The drink is ALWAYS spot on!

Every time I return to Beach Fire Brewing and Nosh House, I’m always pleasantly surprised by the their constant raising of the bar in terms of beer quality and flavour, food quality and presentation, service, and even unique and very cool merchandise. They’re always experimenting with one-of-a-kind brews and I highly recommend getting flights to try as many as you can. I often get the knowledgeable staff to pick the flight for me which keeps things exciting. Can’t wait to return to my hometown to make another stop at Beach Fire Brewing. Thanks for the tasty beer and delicious food! Cheers
