This is our first experience owning a hot tub. We did NOT buy from Beachcomber but second-hand from a friend. Even though we didn't buy new, the service we received from the rep, Craig was if we bought one of their $30,000 tubs! He was so helpful with the education of our first tub. Thanks, Craig. Next time we will get the Grand of all Grand tubs. FIVE STARS

We have enjoyed our Beachcomber hot tub for a number of years. Naturally, over time, some things need repair or replacement. Beachcomber has consistently and effectively shown support and advice whenever needed. Their staff is friendly and helpful. We have been thinking about adding a hot tub to our outdoor living area for a few months and carefully did our research. After narrowing down to local manufacturers Beachcomber was hands above all the best choice. Well crafted, excellent warranty and local support and service would have been game changers alone but our salesperson Donavan Cox was extraordinary! His attention to detail, high level of customer service and top notch communication set him apart for us. What an asset to the Beachcomber family! He has made us customers for life! If you are in the market for a hot tub look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased my Beachcomber hot tub about 10 years ago, one of the best purchases I ever made! Love it, it made my life better. I haven’t had any real issues all these years but recently I started having problems due to in part the age of the unit. I contacted the Beachcomber factory outlet in Surrey for help with my tub and got amazing service and support especially their technician Luke who has been a godsend. I highly recommend Beachcomber hot tubs to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

10 out of 10! They were very happy with our hot tub. I see here that a few people are complaining about the wait; we had to wait about 9 months for our hot tub. But we totally understand the delay due to supply chain issues around the world. Donovan and Craig were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from the beginning of the process, right to the end when Ryan came to our home and did our Wetstart Orientation. Our hot tub is so powerful and looks so good.

I ordered a beachcomber hot tub from a local dealer in October 2020. I was advised it would be shipped and delivered within six months. The manufacturer then delayed the ship date on two occasions and recently advised that it is expected to now ship in Dec 2021 (over one year from the date that it was ordered) but even that is only an estimate. The company blames a parts shortage, but I have read in these reviews that they are prioritizing Costco orders. If this is true I guess this explains the real reason my ship date gets bumped all of the time.

Beachcomber Hot Tubs cites Covid for delay in delivery of hot tubs BUT if you order via Costco they are fulfilling the 90 day delivery contracts. This information has been verified with 4 Beachcomber staff and the owner of Home Leisure spas in Langley. We ordered a hot tub 3 years ago from Costco but decided this time to give our business to a locally owned, Langley “authorized dealer” (BC Home Leisure Beachcomber Spas) HAD WE KNOWN! We ordered our tub September of 2020 and were told 5 months, then 7 months, it is now 10 months and have been told potentially August which will make it 1 YEAR that we’ve been waiting and cannot be guaranteed delivery. Beachcomber keeps taking orders and pushing our order further down the list to fulfil their contractual obligation to Costco.

Beachcomber is citing COVID which I believe is unethical – they are producing and delivering hot tubs. Even though they have a contract with Costco – the pandemic is an unforeseen circumstance, therefore delays to those customers would likely be acceptable outside the contract.

Authorized dealers continue to sell hot tubs to people without divulging that the wait will be double, maybe triple the 5 months they are indicating. Confirmed by a recent purchased.

Delays due to Covid are one thing.being pushed further and further down the list because we did not purchase through Costco is quite another. Ethics? Transparency?

My husband and I did a lot of due-diligence with our hot tub search. Overall, we were extremely impressed with beachcomber’s product, and were thrilled to place our order for a 570 model in early November, 2020. We were told our delivery date would be March 25,2021. As March approached, we were told April. Then by mid April, we were told July. I understand that covid has caused delays, but we did a bit more of our own research. We learnt that beachcomber has contractual obligations to complete Costco orders within 90 days. It was extremely disappointing to learn this, and by April, we decided to cancel our order. It’s unfortunate that smaller independent businesses that sell Beachcomber products are suffering, and receive second-class treatment to Costco orders.

Extremely disappointed in our Beachcomber experience.

I would give 10 stars if I could - all because of Luke Truong. I live in Edmonton and had a problem with my tub - my local Beachcomber in Edmonton was beyond useless unfortunately and sent me to a 1-800 number. Luke answered and went above and beyond to help me get my tub running again. He's a rockstar. Thanks Luke!

We’re first time hot tub owners. We had gone to different suppliers before venturing into the Beachcomber factory store. Donovan assisted us and he was amazing. He was very thorough and patient at explaining all of the different models and features to help us narrow it down to the one that would best suit our family. After our outstanding experience with Donovan and preview of their tubs we knew right away that Beachcomber was the one. Donovan was there for us every step of the way. He came out to measure the side of our house to ensure the tub could be delivered and installed without an issue, called us to ensure the delivery went smoothly and that the tub was installed to our satisfaction, was there to help us with the initial start-up and has been more than happy to answer any questions we’ve had since the initial start-up. We’ve used our Beachcomber every day; often multiple times a day. It has become an additional touch point for all of our family members to gather at the end of the day, relax and talk about how our days went. We are extremely please! Thank you again Donovan & Beachcomber.

Bought myself a new tub from them, great customer service, install. Everything went according to plan, one year later and I'm even happier with my purchase! Best way to beat the winter blues, hop in the tub!

We bought a new tub from these fine folks about a year and a half ago. The tub is excellent, and so is their customer service. Had a couple minor things come up over the last year and they handled them quickly. Very happy we decided to go with Beachcomber. Its nice to know they will always have my back when it comes to future maintenance on my hot tub. 5 stars!

I had a terrible noise coming from my motor and I thought it was blown. The online chat people (Valerie) helped me diagnose and fix my problem. Turned out something was stuck in the impeller and the fix only cost me a couple of hours of my time. While I worked on the tub I was also impressed with the quality of the equipment in my tub. I think after doing a self fix for free I'll be enjoying my tub that much more from now on!

Purchased our Beachcomber tub 6 years ago and now that we have had it for a while, definitely would never purchase another one or recommend Beachcomber to any friends or family. First off, we did lots of research prior to buying and decided to pay the premium price that these tubs cost, figuring it was worth the extra money to get what we thought was a quality tub, well in the end the 380 we bought has been anything but quality.

Within 2 months of owning the tub our main circuit board burned out and we placed a warranty call to Beachcomber. While the board was replaced, our warranty, claim was denied as they blame our electrician and said they installed incorrectly. This cost me $400 to fix. I don’t know if they were right or wrong, but nothing I can do. The replacement board they put in, last less then 24 months and started experiencing troubles again, the jets kept turning off. I called the tech back out and again they said the board was bad and it needed to be replaced, but now the warranty was over on the tub, so another $400 to replace. Over the next few years we had three different jets break down in the tub and fall apart and we had to buy replacements. Now the tub is almost 6 years old and we need to buy a new cover. The one that came with the tub is so water logged that water is leaking into the tub. We returned from three weeks’ vacation and the tub was almost overflowing with water and had to be bailed out, so now we are looking at $500 for a new cover.

The original price of the tub was $8500, the install and changes to our property cost another $1500. We knew about upfront about the $10,000 it would cost, what we didn’t know was the additional $1400 we would have to pay to constantly be fixing the tub to keep it in working order. Of course, used hot tubs are worthless to sell, so we are forced to keep the tub and fingers crossed we don’t have to pour any more money into the tub. In my mind Beachcomber definitely is not a quality brand and I recommend you look at other brands.

We looooove our Beachcomber tub. We are in it 5x a week and couldn’t be happier. We have remarked numerous times how it feels like we are on vacation - and we’ve had it for months now. Service was great, delivery was fast and this gift keeps on giving.

After doing some research online for a personal hot tubs I found a local BC manufacture with an excellent reputation, Beachcomber. A very helpful sales representative named Donavan contacted me and arranged a factory visit. Donavan came to our house to ensure the delivery, installation and start up ran smoothly. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend supporting this local company.

I have nothing but amazing feedback for Donovan and the Beachcomber team with my experience in getting our 1st Hot Tub! Everything from the initial selection, to the delivery & startup and then with weekly and ongoing maintenance - I have felt extremely well looked after and cared for! We came across the Beachcomber hot tub products at our local Costco and decided to purchase on based on the excellent reputation and warranty. The entire process of ordering, delivering and setting up the hot-tub all went very smoothly and handled very professionally. The rep from Beachcomber (Donavan) was in touch regularly throughout the process and provided advice on hot tub placement, useful accessories, and even came out on a Friday evening to add the initial chemicals. All-in-all we are extremely pleased with both the product and the service!

We shopped around for tubs and am happy we chose Beachcomber! My dad had bought one new, and it lasted almost 20 years! Im impressed by the modern updates. So we expected quality. Not only is our tub (590 leep) awesome, i love the reflexology foot jets! They are heaven on my tired feet and the shell and heat is comfortable on my bad back. Our model is great for our whole family, and I am thankful for Kiersten's help in chosing the right model. I've been to other companies and Expos but felt pressure. Shopping with Kiersten was fun and relaxed, the tubs were selling themselves. She helped us set it up, and took care of all our concerns. Her customer service is outstanding, a bonus to a great locally made product!
