Beacon Hill Children's Farm

Fun little petting zoo. Admission is by donation with a suggested donation of $6 per adult. It's not too big and most kids will be done in about 30min. There's free parking throughout the park. Many of them are shaded by trees, which is a bonus.

Beacon Hill Park is lovely!
Petting zoo, two playgrounds, washrooms, picnic tables, benches, beautiful gardens and pathways to wander through. A few ponds with ducks, geese, turtles and frogs.
Beacon Drive In is across the street where they serve the best soft ice cream.

Chickens, alpacas, pigs and goats oh my! This was an awesome place to take our 2 year old! We were there in time for the goat stampede and she loved it! You can pet and brush the goats and see all the animals. Admission is by donation.

Amazing experience for kids and adultwatching the kids delighted with the animals. At the end the stampide of the goats, incredible!

I've been going to the petting zoo for about 35 years and taking my one and a half year old makes me feel like I'm sharing my childhood with her! Love the goats!

This place was such a treat! The animals are well cared for and the staff we met were very nice. The goats were hilarious, it was hard for us to leave!

Goats! What can I say, if there weren't goats, this place wouldn't be half as much fun. Time your visit for the goat stampede (twice daily) and you'll thank me ;).

Cute little place to visit. Being able to get up close and personal with the goats is a highlight but my personal favourites were the alpacas.

This is a favourite in Beacon Hill Park. Remember to make a contribution for the upkeep of animals then wander around the farm animal pens. Spring brings the baby goats in the petting pen with their moms. Rabbits, donkeys, chickens, pigs and peacocks are all here. Fun for the children and a good hand washing station when you are done.

Pygmy goat babies are full of fun right now at the petting farm. Wish kids could pet some of the other animals, like the bunnies & Guinea pigs.

We stayed for long time, especially the goats and the babies, so adorable. Very nice atmosphere, no entrance fee, just donation, please help out by donating more, staffs are very friendly

Pretty little petting zoo that is nicely laid out to walk around easily. Suuuper busy in the goat petting pen, with about a thousand human kids trying to pet a handful of goat kids.very hectic yet still somehow it was organized chaos. I loved all the animals but the pigs the best! Gorgeous roaming peacocks too.

My daughter loved it! So many ducks that you can feed as an intertainment for your kids. There is a petting zoo where you can touch baby goats also, it is by donation. Very nice place

Lovely as always! Visit by donation, and a clean well maintained facility. My wife and I brought my daughter (16months old) and she loved! Very friendly attentive staff. The woman who was in charge of the goats that day knew all of their names, and their mannerisms. Made us feel as if she truly cared for the animals and wasn't just there as a day job. Highly recommend.

Always well kept. Great staff. The grandkids watched the goat stampede many times. It's a wonderful drive from Duncan. ;-}

I've been going since the 1970's and now volunteer there. A wonderful place to spend an hour or whole day. The wee goats are the huge hit and though it can get a bit crazy with children & grown kids (adults), there is always a calmness over the crowd (feels that way to me). Thankful to have such a lovely place.

Had a fun time at the park. Got some great photos and the Petting zoo was awesome! The baby goats are adorable and the peacocks were spectacular! Loved the ducks too. The little donkeys are so sweet! So much fun!

This place is so great to take your children there and also have a picnic in Becaon Hill park, or spend time at the playground.
