The people that work here are very nice and super helpful. I went in trying to find some silver hooks for an old pair of earrings. The salesman helped me find a pair that were a better colour match for my earrings and still hypoallergenic. He also put them on for me

The beadscI ordered were to be 6mm and 8mm. I received 4mm and 6mm. I was very dissatisfied. The bead sizes are not as advertised.

Was unsure what this store would be like, and wow! I was blown away. Huge selection of beads of every colour and shape you could imagine. The store owners were happy to let me browse and answer questions I had. Can't wait to go back here to stock up on beads.

Just a little update 8 months later - still very good service, just watch out for the occasional 1% off on some items when they have a sale. Make sure you really take the time to see how much is the sale when you shop. Other than that, very good online bead shop. Very solid business practices: they put the clients first, are very quick to answer to emails. I do business with them almost exclusively, and I was once sent different seed beads than the ones I had purchased. When I brought this to their attention through email, they immediately apologized and proceeded to send me the beads I wanted free of charge, letting me keep the ones they sent by mistake. Very trustworthy bunch and their prices are quite fair.

Ordered some beads from their online store. Good pricing on the beads. Shipping rates suck, but that just means I need to purchase more beads to make my purchase worthwhile! (My Hubby just groaned at that.)

Shipping rates are outrageous everywhere, so I’m not griping. It costs a fortune for me to mail out the finished jewelry, so I get it.

ANYWAY, the online store worked great! The product shipped & arrived quickly. The packaging was precious - those crackers are AWESOME! The attention to detail is impressive.
