Delicious food and drinks! Great atmosphere and very polite staff. 10/10 would come again!

I am impressed with the warmth of the staff. As a tourist from Malaysia, I can’t say the hospitality at many of the shops I have patronized is awesome, but I loved the positive vibes at Bean Around The World.

One of the best coffees I have had in Canada. I lived in Australia before this and after moving to Canada, was looking for a good coffee place. Finally found it! Closest to Australian coffee and such fresh roasted beans. Love it

Really great coffee. Service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere and seating at this location is okay, but nothing spectacular. However, the hidden patio area out the back is a nice touch!

I used to like this place, but now I feel like I have to write a negative review because people here just don't listen otherwise. I always order my drink for here and tell them I do not want a single use cup because it produces a lot of garbage. For multiple times now I've just been ignored and given a single use cup. Won't be coming here any more.
To be clear, this review does not concern the juice bar which is great.

Finally I found an authentic Coffee shop since I moved to West Van (3 years ago) great vibe, great attitude and great service!

Passing through the VanCity area - new to Bean Around the World. Honestly I thought it was a single location mom & pop shop cafe. After searching I realized it is a local brand with locations everywhere.

This doesn’t change my opinion of them. They still have a cozy cafe feel, and definitely don’t feel like a big brand.

Delicious coffee, tastes great, looked great - enjoyed the experience immensely.

We have been to this place many times over the years and were very disappointed in our visit this morning. There are certain business that seem to feel it is OK to use the pandemic as excuse to treat their customers badly. The 2 young ladies this morning were bossy and rude - snapping at my husband and I on 2 occasions and informing us that they had decided to close their washrooms and customers could go down the road to the gas station. Why it is safer to use a washroom in the gas station is a question they could not answer other than to say it suited them to have them closed in their café. Clearly the connection between their job security and happy customers is lost on them. There are so many places to get coffee in West Van I would really give this one a miss. Hopefully management will read this and train their staff in customer service!

I feel so bad for the workers in this store! So many entitled customers without masks. They definitely made the right choice erecting a literal wall to protect the employees!

Incredibly disappointed with going cashless. Currency is currency. I get the precautions of a pandemic.but to not accept cash I feel is incredibly disheartening. I work on the front lines and also work two jobs - one of which thankfully allows for tips.which is cash. So during this pandemic I am thankfully able to pay for bills with an already reduced payroll due to covid. So if I am short $. 50 on my card, but have this is cash, you're willing to lose my business?
I work within the area now and wanted to establish a regular place for morning coffee and lunch. Bean around the world will not be that place. Convenience on your part is not convenient on customers or potential customers.

Great service. Good coffee. Nice ambiance. Beautiful outdoor terrace. But their washroom (there's only one) is absolutely tiny.

If you're looking for a cute coffee house that has some amazing artisan coffee, this is a great candidate

Not a place for hot chocolate. Just don't attempt it. The hot chocolate had not chocolate in it what's so ever.

Perhaps they were having a bad day, but my too short lunch break, went sideways when they pooched my order. Sorry guys, I won't be back.

The one and only Bean! If you see a Bean anywhere in Vancouver, you can be sure it's the best spot for a cuppa joe in the area. Get in, grab a drink and enjoy!

Great place to hang out with friends or sit on the back deck and have a coffee. Food is okay nothing special but the coffee is good.

Stop. Get a cup of coffee here. Enjoy top of the line brew. Watching the roasting process it's a plus.

Fairly good coffee, though it seemed over roasted. A good selection of pastries. Prices are basically the same as every other coffee shop. Depending on which branch you visit, the furnishings vary, though never more than just basically confortable.

I payed 15$ for latte and hot chocolate it was terrible. Taste was like a lot of milk and I didn’t enjoyed they need to improve the service and train the staffs for services also they serve really slow

This place is probably my favorite coffee shop on the North shore since it opened in the 90s. The owner Barney is a gentleman, and the large wooden back patio is awesome for a game of chess over coffee on a sunny day. Way better coffee than Starbucks too

Been enjoying the coffee here since they opened years ago. Very much a retro.read 70's atmosphere but the rear patio in the sun is great

My espresso was bad. I couldn't finish it. Does anything else matter much when we speak about a coffee joint?

Absolutely awesome service from very lovely ladies.
The coffee is really good, and the muffins are great. I wish they had more seats, but it's all great.
