I bought kaju barfi that is not tasty even its bitter and stale. Also the colour of barfi is changed. Owner is very rude when i called for this bitter taste he ask me customer can do anything he mean customer can complain without any reason. Also he doesn't know how to speak with customer. Very very bad service.

Everything is over priced. Very unorganized store. They are selling everything so expensive. Customer service is not good

I really love the food and other groceries. But staff don’t know how to do customer service. One day I went there one lady was on food She didn’t listen me properly and start making bill when I told her I need sweets she gave me wrong one. I think there boss need to make policy for stop using their phone during work or while taking order.

Please don’t buy any sweets from here, all are stale and made months with no taste, staff are so stubborn. They run like a store in third world country. Even chips are expired. Was sloppy place

Worst staff ever. They manage bearcreek laundry. I was waiting to dry my clothes after washing them. 5 or 6 dryers are broken and there were two dryers in which clothes were already dried, but people had not taken them out. So i called them and asked if there's anything they could do to help the people who are waiting for a dryer (4 at the time). The lady answered said "no, there's nothing" in a rude tone and cut the call. Bloody unprofessional i'd say. Shame on you!

Worst place to buy Indian sweets. All sweets are stale and hard as a rock. Plus the customer service sucks big time. Very rude service. Selling expired products.

I did buy 1lb/pound paneer pakoda on may 03,2022. When we start to eat, it was so hard.like a few days old food and they are giving to customers after hot again and again.i suggest you dont buy paneer pakoda from this shop. Worst experience i had. Dont waste your money.go any where, i have to give 1 star.the owner is not care of customers.

I ordered a Manchurian yesterday night. Firstly, they refused that its not available. Later they agreed to make one for me. But it was so oily that it leaked through the (polythene) and my car seat was all drenched in oil? Second, the picture I have posted showed a burnt Manchurian ball that spoiled my taste. Third, I could taste dust in my food and unfortunately I had to throw my food which I never liked. Then, I asked if I could get half a pound of jalebi but they said no because they will close by 9: 45pm but before I left, at around 9: 30 pm someone ordered 1 pound of jalebi and they were ready to make for them. This place is such a waste of money. I want a refund for my money and I would never recommend this place.

I went there today to post my very personal docs which include my passport, the newly wed lady was behind the counter and constantly over her personal phone talking in Hindi. No customer service and no value for customers or for their sensitive material mail that she needs to have full focus on what she is doing instead fully into her personal talk. If something goes wrong with my mail I will sue this place.

I bought veggie samosas from the store and the lady said those were fresh made. But when opened them they looked like made days ago. Totally waste of money. They are serving unhygienic food.

Just enjoyed paratha order from Bear Creek Market. Very tasty. For 5 dollars I got one large paratha, yogurt, achar and salad. Will try Saag and Muki di roti soon.

Uncooked food, I saw two girls working in the laundromat, while i was waiting, i ordered food, i saw same girls working on my order, with same apron, no gloves. Very Unhygienic. Food was uncooked too.

Worst customer service and place looks very unhygienic. It looks like they don’t clean floor, rack and shelves.

And the good thing is they will make right in front of you and you’ll get fresh & hot food…

0 stars for the chicken and potatoes. They have the nerve to sell it after recooking it like 4-5 times. Dear cooks, if you're gonna sell reheated food, make sure to cook it halfway so you can leave some room for making it crispy without making the food taste like and feel like cardboard.

Super cheap guy (the owner of this shop) will charge you more then double price of everything. Quality of products is cheap too

Store is unorganized. Funny that there’s a Canada post office inside. The snack counter inside extended till outside. I did see lots of customers coming in for the snacks too. It’s pretty cool that you can order fresh hot jalebi. It was worth the waiting for! I must say the coordination for the order from the inside to the kitchen outside was a bit chaotic.

I don’t know why all the workers there have tons of attitude and rudeness. First and last time visited there.

The post office is the reason for the each of these 3 stars. They are the most often open post office in pretty much all of North Surrey. Despite reviews both staffers I always deal with at the post office are very nice, fast and good at their job, and engage in pleasant conversation. I steer clear of anything else here.

Beware of this store! They are selling expired items on the shelves. I returned an ice cream when i found out that the ice was Over a year from expiration date. Very rude staff, dirty place, overprice items!

Almost everything in the store is expired by months and never restocked. The entire place smells like rotted plants, and on bad days smells of rotted meat. Have found food items chewed open and half eaten by what I assume was rats or mice, as well items coated in dust. Never once seen them clean their outdoor grill despite coming in plenty of times at closing+opening when they've moved it temporarily inside- they don't even throw a tarp or sheet over it when not in use. Staff doesn't even acknowledge you half the time while checking out but will yell over you to talk to other employees behind you. They never bother to ask if you want a bag, and if you do they just toss the bag on the counter for you to bag yourself even when there's people behind you waiting. They also just toss the receipt on the counter. It's like being served by a robot, and it's almost all of the cashiers that do this. The setup around the counter is also incredibly crowded and directly by the door, so you end up having to move around for people coming in/out even when you're the only person in line/being served. Parking lot is already super cramped, but since they added the grill it's become a lot worse. One of the women who works the outdoor grill doesn't seem to speak any english whatsoever (I asked her something once and instead of even trying to communicate she just stared at me and smiled while I repeated myself multiple times and gave up) and generally this is fine but not when you work in a service industry and need to communicate with customers- I couldn't have ordered anything from her even if I wanted to and there was nobody else there. I've been coming here for the last few years now because of it's easy location, hoping it would get better but it hasn't. At this point it's just ridiculous.

I will never be Dissatisfied coming here. Close to home and the food is served to you quite fresh as it's literally cooked outside in front of you, depending on what you order. How is there so many negative reviews? Well opinions are like Aholes and everyone has one right
I was in there today, ordered my 2 plates of Channa Samosa and got my 2l Gingerale and not a single person was in any way rude to me, in fact it was quite busy and very well orientated. Fresh Sweets everywhere! Fresh Af!

Poor customer service, cheaping out on interac transaction are just few of the things. I won’t come here again.

Brutal. 15 year old kids left to run the store including delivering federal mail. Super annoying making two trips across town to leave empty handed. At least the girl tried to be polite, even though she was in no way qualified to be trying to work a post office.doesn't Canada Post have some kind of age requirement. Also almost got hit with a squirt gun being used by the boy who was trying to spray his friend while he was supposed to be running the til.

This place has refused me my mail even with the proper identification including 2 pieces of photo ID, birth certificate, and 2 government pieces of mail with my current address and name. They are uneducated and don't know the Canada Post policies. I had to contact Canada post. Cananda post said there is absolutely no reason for them to refuse me my mail. I now have to wait 7 days before I can receive my mail

Very rude staff. They charge the costumer based on his or her looks. Nothing has a price on it. They MAKE UP prices on the spot. Very dishonest, rude, sick, and evil people. They are trying to get rich on the backs of people who are less fortunate than them. 0/5 stars.
