I had such a bad experience with payvandi i am not using Dr. For her because doesn’t deserve to be a doctor. She don't listen to your problem just give you speech. I had a work injury so instead of helping me she said if you don’t want to work its your choice you should have gone to work next day after getting five stitches on my hand. She says stupid thing to other healthcare nurses but she doesn’t do anything. Don’t go to her. Because of this lady WSBC didn’t give me my time off payment because she gave worst note to them. She wants you to work right after next day of injury.
SHE IS SHAMELESS LADY.

I booked phone appointment beacuse i had some issue and i wanted to consult with doctor.the girl who took my call was very nice and really and polite and helped me to book an appointment but dr peyvandi was very rude on phone.she did not even listen my situation.first she was giving me speech about why you dont have family doctor.then finally she started listening me after her speech.when i told her my problem then she was commenting on vegeterian diet.then she was asking vegeterian people i dont know how survive thats why you have this problem because you are only eating vegetables and fruits.then she was commenting on indian food about spices and roti.i dont have those problem she was discussing about
madam first of all i dont know who made you doctor secondly i know what i m eating and what is better for me i did not come to you to discuss about my whole day eating plan or my diet.first listen your patient then ask something.if someone already in problem give solution as a doctor and be professional.i was your patient not there to get ideas what to eat or what not.if you have problem with indian people leave it at home instead of discriminating indian people as a patient by commenting on their diet

Its been an hour that I am trying to reach this clinic but they are not answering. I cant believe that they are so busy to answer a call. They really need good MOA's who are dedicated to work.

Sarabjit is excellent each time for the last 7-8 years! She is super helpful, very responsible professional, friendly and caring. She talks politely, has a lot of empathy for the patient and their situation. She tries her best to respond to patient requests at her earliest and make the patient feel comfortable. Always great interacting with her.

Dr. Jay is an amazing Doctor. She always listen and talk very politely. Her assistant Chetna is also very nice and professional. She is always ready to help and response quickly. Incredible team!

If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would- specially Dr. Peyvandy and her receptionists. I have been having to go to walk-in clinics because getting an appointment here is an absolute hassle. I have to call 10+ times to get an answer at times and when I do get an appointment, Dr. Peyvandy rushes you to address your concerns only allowing one concern per appointment go figure, can be incredibly rude, and the best part, is still not seeing her patients in person. I don't understand why it has to be such a hassle to want to check up on one's health. I finally had enough today and went in person to see why no one was answering the phone (keep in mind i tried calling at diff times) only to find two receptionists doing nothing. Their excuse for not picking up the phone is because apparently they were on break, but how is that possible when i tried calling at different times? My guess, since the doctor is not coming in person, they're getting away with doing nothing. Completely sad to see what our tax money is going towards.

Personally, i don't want to give any star to this clinic because i have called so many times to the doctor peyvandhi's clinic but nobody picked it up. When I went in-person to the clinic they were there and a girl told me that she will call me back.but she did not do that.on the next day, again they did not pick up the call.that is really a disgusting movement as i need doctor's assistance.

My experience with this clinic was horrible. I would give 0 star. One of the receptionist I talked on the phone was unprofessional and rude. On the day I made an appointment on the phone I received an email asking me to contact clinic. So I contacted the clinic and the lady said I need to come to clinic and pay $120 for MSP. I was shocked and asked her why I have to pay it she said "since we don't have your MSP you will need to pay it. " I told her that I have given all necessary information including MSP when I came to clinic in person and make an appointment. She then asked my name and said you don't have any appointment. What! If I don't have an appointment why I received an email to contact the clinic? Why you asked me to come to clinic and pay $120 for MSP at the beginning? This is so disappointing. I told her I'm canceling my appointment. She doesn't listen carefully and hung up the phone before I finished talking. Very unprofessional receptionist! Don't waste your time and energy there.

I would give 0 stars to this clinic. Everyone working here is so rude and arrogant. Specially the lady Dr. Peyvandi, she needs more training to be doctor. She doesn’t even know how to speak. She doesn’t listen anyone and yelling at the patients.
You should learn some etiquettes on how to speak with your patients.

I have got the best doctor, Dr. Devinder Sandhu but she has the worst MOAs, very rude and clueless about the job and most importantly not sensible to talk with patients. I miss Poonam, she was the best MOA she used to answer every call and she even used to callback the missed ones. None before her and nobody after her does that.
No doubt the Dr Sandhu is best but she has the worst MOA. She missed about 9-10 calls from me and finally she answered and when I asked if I could get any phone call spot, she would not listen to you but she will have explanations and suggestions ready for you; she threw a suggestion on me that I should have booked it in advance if I knew that, she also mentioned that’s not her fault, in a VERY RUDE TONE.

I WOULD REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO BRING SENSIBLE STAFF FOR BEST DOCTORS ATLEAST. Because of insensitivity in the tone of MOAs, the doctors suffer

After 2-3 weeks today, I have had booked my son’s in person appointment and told the reason while booking. Appointment was booked in advance, about 3 days ago.
An evening before my son’s in person appointment, the receptionist calls and asks if I can reschedule the appointment as the doctor won’t be able to come to the clinic due to bad weather condition. I UNDERSTAND THAT! I requested “humbly” if I could be switched to phone appointment for the same day I had my appointment and if I can get the in person appointment for next available date.
She agrees!

Next day, receptionist calls and asks what’s the reason for the appointment and she called when I was expecting the doctor’s phone call.

I replied, I booked for regular checkup and she questioned over the phone?
I mean what is the problem.
Should I wait until Jan 5th to see the doctor or should I keep my Dec 23rd appointment for the questions I have regarding my 1 and half year old child.

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHANGE THE MOA FOR MY DOCTOR. My doctor deserves the sensible MOA not these kinds of MOAs

Receptionists are so unprofessional. They don’t know how to speak with customers. I don’t know her name but she always talks in the same way either in clinic or on phone. You needs to learn some etiquettes. I’m also working as a AA but I never talk the same way to anyone.

Female doctor dr Pevyandi at this clinic is so rude and unprofessional. She disrespect other health care professionals openly. Doctors like her should not even be allowed to practice. I wish I could post how she treats her clients. Do not recommend at all. She needs to go back to school and learn practice according to Canadian standards not where she came from with her aggressive behaviour. Reception never answers phone and doctors like her yells at patients for no reason. May be she needs to be in the office and see who answers calls in the reception area. I am terrified in country like Canada there are professionals even practicing with this behaviour. This doctor is for sure getting more patients sick than treating them.

PEYVANDI IS VERY RUDE! She doesnt listen what you say! I only made an appointment with her because my family doc was booked until next week and I needed help before. But Now I feel terrible, why did I even do it. She was totally belittling me, rushing things and told me that I had no idea what I was talking about. I asked a question and she just said - thats ridiculous. She did not ask me any questions related to the recurring issue to know the history and simply wrote a prescription. This lady should’s be a doctor. Definitely stay away!

I didn’t get my report yet its been three weeks and i have pain in my kidneys too much i can not reach that what is happen to me always send reports late Do not visit this clinic ever i will never suggest bad staff even if the patient is in pain they never treat them good

Dr Shah and his receptionist both are very helpful and caring. I went to bear creek medical clinic many times and found them really professional and calm.

One of those people.i would really not like to see.
Doctors doesn't know what's going on.not able to keep up with patient history and update.
Would like to rate them negative but have to put 1 star.not recommendable.

Dr. Jay is very kind and everything but no one seems to have good communication skills. I have had several on the phone sessions with them now, and they kept messing up my info such as name, date of birth, pharmacy, etc.and the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.

Reception/MOA - Not the friendliest people, almost impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone. Need to call back 5-10 times.
They don't respond to faxes from the pharmacy and I find out 2 weeks later when the pharmacy tells me that they haven't received the signed prescription.

Dr. Sandhar is good but what good is having a good doctor if I can't get a hold of someone to make an appointment.

Dr. Peyvandi is very rude and unprofessional, she doesn't know how to speak to her patients. I had an appointment with her yesterday, she started arguing with me and she didn't even ask "Is there anything else I can help you with" hung up on me. I wanted to discuss something else with her and hence there staff is really pathetic. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Dr. Peyvandi is very unprofessional and very condescending, she treats her patients like they owe her for being their doctor and gives off a very negative energy when it's our tax dollars that pay her salary. She does not value a patients time at all. They give you a 2 hour window that they will call you for an appointment and if for some unforeseen reason you are not able to sit beside your phone for every second of that 2 hrs and happen to miss her call, watch out because she will berate you and belittle you because they miss out on the billing to BC Health for that appointment while they have no problem making you sit in the waiting room for 1-2hrs after your scheduled appointment. If you ask her to refer you to a specialist she will take months to give you a response and then tell you she cannot do it because the government does not pay them for that. It seems like she hates her job and is only doing it for the paycheque she could careless about helping people.

We are good now with the help of her prescribed medication. Perfect Doctor.

The Dr Fahad Shah will promise you to see you first and then make excuses and blame you that why he do not want to see you. If you complaint that he wasted your time then he will say that you are rude. For his information he is a medical doctor only but not a God that only he can be correct. If he has any concern about my review he can contact me.

The one star is not for the doctors but the receptionists. They are sooo rude. They need serious training. When you call in you just find yourself on hold, they dont warn you. One of them has a temper when being asked questions. Either hire other people or train them better. I know you want to make it an indian place but please hire people who like their jobs and respect people.

I had follow up appointment with Dr peyvandi. I waited 1 hour after scheduled time finally she saw me after going to reception again and again. Indirectly she refused to give me further medical treatment. She said go to your family doctor because she already have too much work load and she don't want to take extra pressure or see the specialist through your family doctor. Don't call patients for follow up if doctors don't want to treat them or don't know their job. Still suffering from same medical issue.

Nice clinic, Dr Jay Haribhai is excellent, she listens to patients very politely and nicely. Her front staff is nice especially manpreet is very polite and take care of patients nicely

I had an appointment for 2: 30pm and was told when I get there it was for 1: 10pm! So frustrating, lady in the reception obviously lying and covering up for her mistake! Just own it, so unprofessional! This happened Jan. 2,2020. Advice to people, ratings for this clinic just say everything about the clinic.

This place is horrible place in entire SURREY. They swiped my card twice for the same amount which is a mess they made. They wanted me to spend another $60 dollars and travel all the way to get my refund. Apparently they have only 1 person who can deal with refunds and he initially on a call was available until 8PM and then it came down to 6PM and finally to 4PM. So I have to get bank statements, go all the way by spending more to get a refund and I have to also apply for a couple hours off (unpaid) to go to this place. Now let me talk about their management.some woman from management called and said the same thing which I was already informed. I jokingly said would you cover the cost for my travel and she arrogantly rejected everything and was not ready to hear my end of the situation. Finally she was rude enough to cut the call in between the conversation. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE MOST WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH. EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOR!
