Bear Trail Inn

I had a very negative, misleading experience trying to book here. I was lead on for multiple days through a string of sloppily written emails, only to be told the properties I had been planning on booking were already taken. The fact that there were others ahead of me in the booking queue was never divulged to me, a huge waste of time. If anyone is interested in finding vacation accommodation in Whistler, I suggest they save themselves the trouble and look elsewhere. Although Pam, the manager’s, intentions seemed good, there was a complete lack of proper communication, professionalism, and organization.

Think twice before booking here! They are specialized in misleading their guests. Booked and paid 4 months before arrival. Got email the day before arrival (we were in Lillooet that day) that my booking was cancelled. As easy as that. No further explanation. High season in Whistler! They even didn't give alternative accommodation. I went to talk to her the day after. She didn't had the guts to show her face. Only a sheet pinned on the frontdoor with my name cancel!
Disgusting, terrible, not worth to own a guesthouse!
