After visiting 5 stores with cameras and supplies I finally found BEAU PHOTO where they not only had what I was looking for, but Mike went the extra mile and helped me to do a special "delicate installation" to my new Fujifilm X-T2 camera! I can not recommend enough this store! If you are looking for any cameras, foto equipment or extra components/parts don't look any further. Thank you again Mike for the exceptional service!

I have been a customer for three years and I have been a die hard fan of Beaus film selection. Unfortunately, I have been having issues with staff behaviour every once in a while but I’m afraid I have reached the point where I no longer feel welcome as a customer. I hope this will improve in the future as this store is perfect in every other way.

My absolute favourite photo store in Vancouver! Time and time again, the staff at Beau Photo have been immensely helpful and kind. Their gear selection is top notch too, I love their inclusion of niche and commercial-shoot oriented supplies.

My most recent call was in search of a film scanner, and although they did not have that particular model in stock, Boris took the time to help find leads for that scanner across the city. Incredible customer service that made my day-thank you Boris!
