I ordered products online months ago and never received them. I asked for a refund October 31st and she hasn’t even bothered to respond to me. Do not order anything from this company.

I love to visit Michelle at Beauty Nook. What stands out to me about Michelle is that she will educate you on what you’re about to use and will help you decide which products to try based on your budget. Michelle has given countless samples to find what would work best for me. Thanks to that, I’ve found some core products that I keep re-purchasing. She is very welcoming and I have always felt comfortable enough to come in, show how my skin is doing and let her recommend products on the spot as I trust her expertise. I’ve had facials elsewhere in the past and Michelle is the only one who explains what she’s doing during each step. I would recommend visiting or booking a consultation online!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering online. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t seen a shipping confirmation yet despite being in the same country. It will be freezing temps here soon- which I was trying to avoid my product sitting in the cold for long. I hope my order ships asap or I will be reaching out to visa for a refund based on fraudulence.
Edit: I originally placed my order on October 9th, after many emails and promises of new shipment dates, I requested a refund. Flat out- they’re selling something they don’t actually have in stock. In all of our communication, they never reached out first- I always had to follow up when nothing happened by dates they said things would ship. When I requested the refund they said they could refund 95% of the order… which I wouldn’t have an issue with if you actually had the item you were selling me. This all felt like a drawn out lie- and if it’s not- then at least remove the lines on your site and emails that say items will ship in 3-5 days (because THAT is not truthful). It’s Nov 22nd and I still have not received the refund.

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Nook and the team there. The genuine care they have for each client/customer is truly hard to come by in this industry. Paired with the knowledge and expertise that Michelle has, Beauty Nook is one of the best. Any question or inquiry you have, they are available to assist and they truly take the time to get to know your concern and help you find a solution that is best for you and your personalized skincare routine.

My overall experience at BeautyNook completely exceeded my expectations. Michelle is such a lovely kind human with many many years of experience that really shows in how much knowledge she has about overall skin health and the beautiful products she carries. It has been just 2 days after my first facial with her and my skin has not looked this good in a long time - I am shocked. I was feeling quite down about how my skin had been looking (small consistent breakouts, dull, dehydrated, redness, discolouration) but the facial + products Michelle gave me have completely wowed me. My skin looks and feels amazing, I could not be happier with the results in such a short amount of time. I CANNOT wait to go back and see her again! Ps.something that was incredibly helpful that many spas do not offer are payment plans - I was able to leave with the products I wanted without having to stress about money! She also gives you a good portion of sample products so you can see what you love and what works best for you before buying! Thank you Michelle! ️

Just an FYI if your ordering anything online shipping is extremely slow. It’s almost been 2 weeks since I placed my order and it has not shipped yet.

The best facial treatment I have ever had! I’m actually an esthetician as well and have been trained by Michelle who owns Beauty Nook. She knows her stuff like no one else! A must go to for education and acne treatments.

Michelle is an amazing genuine human being who is super knowledgeable with skin! There’s nothing more I could ask for in a clinician because she gives her honest advice for you to look the most beautiful version of your authentic self and she does not try sell anything she doesn’t believe in. She also encourages you to keep using products that work for you which isn’t something you hear from many professionals because they want you to use their products. She made my skin glow and I learned some amazing skills that I could add to my skin care regime to sustain long term anti aging results!

So, I ordered items from these people back in July, and explained to some one that I needed the items before my vacation and some woman texted me saying she was shipping my package with purolator and I was so impressed with the customer service at this point BUT I never received them. I was nice about everything and sent them an email and they said they would send me the items to my address they even had my address on file. Fast forward to December 27th, no items received, no refund, multiple emails sent and they keep saying “let me look into this for you” and they NEVER get back to me. I am glad your address in here because I won’t take this disrespect from a small mediocre business.

Michelle has created a custom skin routine for me and I love it. I used to be very sensitive but my skin looks younger and very healthy. I will never go anywhere else.

This is the best place for acne and scarring! You will never regret having healthy clear skin and this is the lance to get it. Listen to the advice and get the treatments.

I have very bad melisma that I’ve been dealing with for years. I’ve tried everything and spent a lot of money on lasers. Nothing has worked until now! I have very little dark spots left and those will probably be gone after one more treatment. More than satisfied.

I love the holistic approach at Beauty Nook. I get my supplements and skincare here and I’ve had a few facials as well. My scars are at least 80% better and I get compliments all the time!
