The customer service at this beauty salon was terrible. The staff was unprofessional and didn't seem to care about making their customers feel welcome. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected.

I’m super happy with my hair cut! I wish I knew the name of my stylist because she did such an amazing job. I got a wash, cut and style. I left with my hair feeling so soft and the length was perfect. Definitely will be returning

Probably the best hair salon out there. Great experience. My wife and I are very happy with this Salon. Will be coming back.

Worst salon ever. I got my eyebrows done and they ruined them completely.

Like if someone has bitten my eyebrow, with no shape, I can literally see a complete spot with no hair at all in my left side. Can’t believe both are ruined! Couldn’t check them before paying cause my eyes were watery and usually I’m not even picky, but lesson learnt, never give a try to a salon with 3.5 stars.

The lady who did was in her 50’s and uses glasses, dark hair. Today Sunday around 5.10pm

I had an appointment for a hair coloring at this beauty salon, but the stylist was overbooked and kept me waiting for hours. When it was finally my turn, she rushed through the process and the color ended up looking terrible.

The owner just cares about the money nothing else
I did treatment Japanese product for my hair and paid 200$ for nothing
And when I came back because she garntee her job she wanted more money
My hair still Curley nothing different just I wasted my time and put my money in the garbage

I came here about 2 years ago and got shocked with the price I paid, but after trying some other hair salons I realizedBeautyland Salon is a very good hair salon. My hair natural is very unique and the stylist here had the most respect to my natural hair.
I think I will come back for a hair cut soon.

Went for bikini wax worst ever she waxed hair I told her to leave and left hair I told her to wax n hair still in spots she waxed definitely dont recommend this place

Not satisfied of what they did with my hair, I had their Magic Straight but when I wash it after 3-4days it turns out so dry. And they charged me $300

I really recommend to do eyelashes extension there, I did it iam happy from their work, very professional and friendly atmosphere. Thumbs up

Do not get your eyebrows done here. She will do them quick, however she will not do them according to your eyebrows shape, you'll essentially have to regrow them out again and get them done elsewhere.

Walked in and shortly after tried to walk out without saying anything that may start a heated discussion. Couldn't do that because she couldn't refrain from attempting to insult me.

Just wanted to get a couple cuts while supporting a local business. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, no greeting just cold stare and an attitude problem. I should have just turned around. Lady seemed to have a chip on her shoulder right from the start. Brought her customers and she was just terrible. Her tone, her body language, even the look on her face.absolutely ugly.

Other ladies just kept to themselves with an embarrassed look on their faces. Obviously don't wanna mess with what looked like to be the boss.

Anyhow, never had to give a bad review cause anyone who knows me knows that i get along and make friends with EVERY encounter i have.
This one though.ugh! Never have i ever met such a person.

GO NEXT DOOR to Jenny's Skincare Hair & Nails. (She wished be good luck when i said that's where i was going).

We walked in to Jenny's and what a difference! Ladies greet and welcome you. So polite and warm. Family run and so accommodating. Even told us how they send some of their clients next door if they are too booked up. Told them what happened and THEY apologized for our experience. Even said, maybe it was just a misunderstanding. Such wonderful ladies i tell you. Beautiful people, beautiful family!

I’ve been going to this place to for 6 years to get my brows done and the service is always good and friendly, I’ve never had a problem with their threading jobs

This salon is excellent. I went here for eyelash extensions and the quality of service was fantastic. I definitely recommend it!

This place is AWFUL for haircuts. I came here just to get a trim, and the lady cut my hair WAY SHORTER than what I wanted. She used hair thinning scissors to cut it even though I specified that I did not want my hair thinned. I asked her to have some shorter pieces near the front to frame my face, so she just straight cuts chunks of my hair off. When she was finished, she didn't even give me a mirror to check the back or ask if I liked it. By this time, I knew she was too incompetent to fix her mistakes and the hair was already too short to trust her with anything else. When I got home, I flat ironed my hair and saw just how UNEVEN the cut was. If she was trying to go for a v-shape, well the point is off to the side (shown below). I paid $21 for a trim that should have been routine, simple. But somehow this hairdresser was able to show me that I would have fared better if I had cut my own hair, blindfolded, in the dark, and using my feet.

I always get my face waxing with Nazia @ Beauytland Salon. I can only trust her. Love the service and place
