Beaver tails are delicious! I had The Classic, with cinnamon & sugar … my son went a bit more decadent & chose the Avalanche (cheesecake spread, Skor bits, & caramel)!
My son wants to try the Poutine Beaver Tail next time!

Good variety on their menu, they close Monday Tuesday and open 3: 30-9 pm which is a very good option cause everything mainly close at 6 pm

Great place to stop by while walking around Victoria! The poutine was pretty good and the BeaverTail avalanche was really good! I was satisfied with the service! Highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite!

Nothing to write home about and definitely overhyped. You would expect that since it was so thin, it would be crispy. It wasn’t even that crispy (just along the edge and maybe a couple bites here and there at thinner spots in the center)! I’m glad I tried it and people were nice (+2 stars, 1 each). It definitely is not something I would come back for and I would gladly try something else for dessert instead.

I wouldn’t stand in line for a really flat fried donut, but I went during “usual dinner time” (around 7pm or so) on a Sunday and there was only two parties ahead of me.

First time ever having a beaver tail after living most of my life on the island needless to say I'll be back for more

If you're walking around downtown Victoria, it would be a shame to not stop by here and give this place a try. Fried bread sprinkled with your choice of sweet, be that candy, fruit, sugar, syrup, or some combination thereof, you'd be hard pressed to not find something you like on here.

I went late on a Saturday night, so there was a bit of a line, but it moved fast. I was a big fan of the strawberry cheesecake flavour, but the 'classic' seemed to be the fan favourite based on the orders I heard being called out. Consider getting more than one!

My favourite pastry! Wish there was a storefront location in Vancouver somewhere (instead of up Grouse Mountain or at the PNE), these things are seriously addictive!

The brownies beavertails are delicious! The marshmallows melt on top, adding sweetness and softness to the chocolate flavor.

I absolutely love BeaverTails. Their staff are super polite, upbeat, and engaging. I couldn't figure out what I wanted and was open to any suggestions they had. They helped me choose a few super delicious beavertails and they were made quickly, with great presentation. I highly recommend swinging by and picking one up, especially if you've never had one before. You'll be happy you did.

I placed a to-go order for a chocolate hazelnut and banana beaver tail with Oreo chunks. Pretty tasty and fresh. My drink was forgotten sadly, but from my previous experiences here, they tend to provide good service

It's a small hole-in-the-wall place with delicious food. I ordered a Poutine and a Maple Beaver Tail. Both were incredibly good, and I was happily surprised to find out that the beaver tail was made with whole wheat flour! I definitely want to go back again and try their other items like a beaver-dog, which is a hot dog wrapped in a beaver tail.

Really yummy ice cream, sorbet and beavertails. Friendly staff! Open late!

We tried the apple pie beavertails today and it was great - sweet but not too sweet. It was made fresh and the cinnamon complimented the apple chucks and the pastry well. The service was great too. A nice "little" snack in the afternoon for 2 people.:)

Super tasty and love that you can do half and half so you can try more of the flavours, definitely recommend the skör cheesecake one!

Best spot to share a meal with anyone. Amazing little store with great service and a smile that will make your day! I love this place and i would highly recommend it!

What can I say? I really like live beavertails lol good food and nice staff, what not to like. Ordered the salted caramel this time and it’s really good!

Mark has been around Victoria since birth and is community minded. Try this eastern Canada treat you will not be disappointed. Whole wheat with classic cinnamon and sugar is an easy choice. Poutine is authentic and even ice-cream Gelato. Great location go check it out.

The strawberry cheesecake beaver tail is super yummy! Really cute shop and great food overall.the packing could be better since the beavertails are really gooey and it gets stuck on the paper but other than that a great experience!

I love BEAVER TAILS SO MUCH! We don't have to wait every season to go to mount Washington to enjoy these pastries. Instead we can go here after having dinner in town and its right next to a really good boba spot as well.

Such a gem here in Victoria! The poutine is authentic and fresh, and the pastry is absolutely delicious. The owner and his staff provide amazing customer service and that alone makes me want to continue supporting this local business. Definitely come here if you're wanting to enjoy a lovely Canadian meal!

First time trying out. I thought it would like another doughnut but was surprised how different it was. Light and crispy dough with toppings that took it another level. Will be back for more

Absolutely delicious treats! Perfect set up, in these crazy COVID times. But beyond the tasty Beaver Tails and wonderful location, is the most amazing customer service you will ever come across. Stellar team members up front who are friendly and upbeat, beaver tails are served quickly and hot, and Mark completely wins for having the customer’s best interest at heart! Hands down 100% would recommend to anyone! Also loads of vegan options! Tried their strawberry lemonade tonight for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! We passed by this place a couple times while wandering around downtown Victoria and I'm so glad we decided to try one! The guy that helped us was super friendly and recommended the cookie crisp. We loved it. This has got to be one of the best pastries I've had.

Everytime I am in Victoria I come to this Beaver Tails location. It never disappoints. I always get the Killaroe Sunrise. They are always friendly and the beavertails have always been yummy. There are other things on the menu like poutine and smoothies as well.

Really good delicacies, nice staff, and my Hazel Amour was ready in less than 3 mins! It was very good!

Can’t complain much, besides no indoor seating. We are from Winnipeg though so the “cold” weather didn’t bother us when we were here to sit outside and eat our food, but I understand for others that might be a deterrent. The beavertails were a bit thinner than others I’ve had before, but they were more crispy that way so I enjoyed them.

I am ashamed to say that I only just had a beaver tail for the first time today, and wasn’t disappointed. Wonderful little treat, that I would describe as Canada’s twist on the churro. I just tried the original today, but plan to return and try one of the fancier options tomorrow. Giving the place 4 stars as there is limited cover and on a rainy day like today, it can be miserable.

I love fried dough. Put some maple goop on and some pecans and I may have died of a sugar dough-verload. I loved every minute of my subsequent diabetic coma (I’m actually diabetic).

Neat, having good time there with my wife and son. The keeper is super kind and patience for foreign traveler. Hope I will have another visit soon again.
By the way, both the icecream and bevertail pastry are incredible delicious.
I have been there twice while my 3day-trip at Vicoria.

First experience of a Beaver Tail after reading about them before our vacation - want disappointed, tasted great and the addition of chocolate on ours made them even better. This store was clean and friendly staff and service reasonably fast - cooked to order as could be seen, which I think it's why they taste so good.

Have never been to a beaver tail specific chain before. I loved it. Had a classic with cinnamon and sugar. Super good, fresh and cost effective.

Almost a combination of delicious donuts and pastries - indescribably delicious. You can also do half one flavor, the other half a different flavor - at no extra cost. Definitely worth it! However, if you happen to be running late and power walking down the street, stuffing your face with a beaver tail, it can get a bit messy. We only slightly minded as it was amazingly delicious. The only annoying thing is if you come at a busy time there are no seats/tables available. Still would highly recommend.

The most Canadian fast food joint iv been to and I love it entirely, the beaver tail is always so delicious and IS A MUST try.

Very excited to have a BeaverTails in Victoria. Great hours for those times when you are craving a BeaverTail late at night. My favourite is the Apple Cinnamon.
