Went for infant swimming lessons. The instructor was great, the pool is clean and well maintained

Great for family with young kids. The pool Clean and bright but need to open longer hours and on weekends too

I wish there was more time for public swimming.

We only spent time at the playground. It was a nice pitstop on a roadtrip. Kids enjoyed the play equipment. Nice picnic tables in the shade of trees. Bike path around the outside for kids to play on their bikes.

Great park to bring your dog to with off leash areas. Also the rec center has a full gym great swimming pool, ice rink in the same parking lot. Beautiful soccer field, baseball field and a BMX track. Also a driving range and pitch and put golf course.

A huge park with a large variety of activities suited for all ages and plenty of parking space. Jogging trails with equipment for adults or walks with young ones, a huge playground, lots of grass space with trees to catch shade under.

A very busy playground. A lot of parking space. A short walk to the pool and Beban Social Center.

Short walk to the bus stop.

Kids can ride their bike.

We came for the fun looking playground. My 10 year old found it too simple, because none of the structures connect, which makes it hard to play grounders, lava tag, and other games. The 8 year old mostly enjoyed it. We saw lots of other young children playing while we were here.

The walking path is on-leash dog friendly, though dogs are not allowed in the playground itself. The walking path is also bike friendly, but I would only bring bikes for little ones.

The big gazebo has 2 picnic tables. The space is fully fenced. The big trees were appreciated. There needs to be more benches for adults. The toilet was relatively clean. The few garbage cans were empty.

Great community centre. I've been going here for decades. Great centre for accessibility as well.

Beban Park is a good place to get away from the bustle. There are kilometers of green trails and exercise stations within the trails.

2 ice rinks, a swimming pool, a community/conference center, plus a massive sports field, farm/equestrian area, a big playground for the kids, , plus tons of transient/ addicted folk living in the adjacent wooded area and across the street at the emergency housing camp. Lock your doors and watch for needles on the playground before you let your kids play, you'll be fine.

I went there for my first vaccine dose every one was excellent the park is back to normal people are out kids are playing sports great place for a family day out

Went swimming with the grandkids. Schedule read leisure swim. That meant the kiddy pool. The others were taken up with swimming lessons.

So much to do! Such a beautiful park! I can only really comment on the civic centre, which is a very nice multi purpose building, and the tennis courts, which dry quick after the rain and are well maintained. The BMX park looks awesome. Though I'm a lot more fragile than I used to be and likely won't use it.

Anyways. Lots to do, lots of fun to be had!

I love this park,
but I cannot stress this enough; if you think someone is hanging around the park and being weird… call it in.
Had an instance of a man it’s a camera taking photos of mine and other children at the park. I asked him to stop, he refused and acted like he was taking photos of other things in the park.
I called it in to the police and I was right!

Other than that a pretty damn good park!

Great park has a variety of equipment, bring a bike for the kids to ride around the playground. Good for all ages and stages!

Cute little farmers market. Bought some all natural soap and some fantastic granola bars! Support local

They cheap out on heat so it’s freezing in there.
Also and the red head female life guard is very rude.

Great facility and a bargain at the monthly rates which i use. It is always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Then only issue i have is the state some of the equipment in the gym upstairs. 2 of the 3 treadmills have been out of action for a considerable time now and with a 30 minute limit it can be frustrating.
