Excellent and professional dentistry by Dr Andrew Shearon and Samantha in Behmard Dentistry. I replaced my old front teeth crowns with Dr Andrew and his fabulous and caring assistant, Samantha. They did a great job with top-notch results!
I want to add that the receptionists at Behmard Dentistry are also fantastic. The care and attention to detail that I received from Clare at the front desk during my various visits completed my pleasant experiences.

I tried all of hygenists in Behmarddentistry. They are all professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Bianca was my hygenist today. She did an amazing job.

I have been a customer for many years and have always received the most friendly and polite service, and first class dental care. Because of this I still have all my own teeth at age 89 and have Dr. Kay to thank in particular.

Great dental hygienist! She explains everything very thoughtfully, she works with a preventive care approach and has helped resolve a tooth sensitivity without having to go the route of a more invasive procedure.

The staff here is awesome. I’ve been a patient of Dr Andrew Kay since 1999. He is always super friendly and more importantly he is incredible at what he does.

My wife and I attend on a regular basis and have been patients of Dr. Ali Behmard for some time. Exceptional service from the front end with Clare and Janet to our Hygenists, Bianca, Susana, and Erin who really know their job and do it so well.they are not critical but help educate us on correct teeth care. It goes without saying that Ali does great dental work when required but due to the care of himself and his staff we seldom need dental work

Regardless of if it's a cleaning or more extensive dental work, the lovely workers at Behmard are so thorough, knowledgeable and do a fantastic job every time. They've been nothing but helpful, answering any questions I have, referring me to a good specialist, and they are always patient and kind. I had my very first appointment at this office only two days ago.
I couldn't be any more pleased!
My dentist of 20 years just retired, and I was very worried who to go to.
Based on a friend's recommendation, I called Behmard Dentistry, and was given an appointment with Dr. Andrew Shearon.
Dr. Shearon did a very thorough examination of my teeth and carefully looked at my past dental history. He patiently answered every one of my questions, and gave his recommendations.
I was very impressed with his professionalism and his attention to detail.
I immediately felt that I can trust him as my new dentist.
His assistant, Samantha was also wonderful.
I give both of them a 5/5!

My previous dentist sold the practices, and I had the horrible task of finding a new dentist. Dr. Behmard's office was suggested to me, so I decided to book a cleaning to see if this was my new Dentist. The front office staff were incredible, and made the transfer of my information and sign up smooth and painless. Dr. Behmard was very thorough in his exam, explained my x-rays, and we discussed an ongoing issue that I had, that my previous dentist did nothing to address. Very relieved to have found Dr. Behmard so quickly, and am confident he will be the last dentist I need to find.

Amended: I received a phone call from Dr. Behmard apologizing for his staff member's behavior noting that mine is not the first complaint. He recognized that his staff are representatives of him and should act with the same kindness and compassion. I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Behmard's but will be weary of his staff. Thanks!

I am so heartbroken to have to write a review like this but I feel it's important to ensure that others are not made to feel as I have. I absolutely adore Dr. Behmard - he is kind, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been a long-time patient for nearly a decade in addition to my immediate family members.

Recently, I went in for a crown with partial insurance coverage through my work. In the past, I had generally paid the full amount of procedures upfront with the insurance reimbursing me through direct deposit. In this instance, there was somehow a mistake where I paid for my portion of the cost immediately following the procedure but my insurance paid out the rest of the amount to me in lieu of the clinic. This was in July 2021 and I did not notice this amount being added to my account. If anything, I would have assumed it to be a reimbursement for a service I had paid for in full as previous. 6 days ago I receive a scathing email from Janet who works at Behmard Dentristry noting that they will "take further action" if I do not call to pay back the amount due. I have been out of the country with no access to my phone and personally decided not to check my email as I have very limited time off. In that time, I have received three phone calls and two texts regarding this overdue amount.

I recognize the need to settle overdue accounts. However, as someone who works in healthcare, I also recognize the importance of compassion and kindness in speaking with patients/ clients given where folks may be at. Someone may have just lost a parent and be deep in grief, another may be out of the country, etc. The frequency of contact (particularly considering my lack of ability to respond for SIX days - we're not talking a month here) and the tone in the email, voicemails, and texts are inappropriate and unacceptable. Based on my track record alone, there should be a clear indication of my loyalty as a client; everything paid immediately following procedures, never miss an appointment, etc.and that should be taken into consideration in the approach taken. In addition, the sheer frequency bordered on harassment and left me feeling like a second class citizen.

Consideration should be taken in modifying wording, approach, and frequency. An effort should be made to highlight when an issue is not the fault of the client (as in this case) and time given to remediate the issue instead of an assault of contact. Janet, in particular, should have training on compassion.

I am incredibly disappointed in how this was handled and hope others are not made to feel as I did when they had little to no fault in the issue.

Honestly, it's hard not to sound like a fanboy! The dental care and customer service here is so extraordinary, so much better than I ever experienced elsewhere. I usually work with Dr. Joyce but today Dr. Behmard did some minor surgery to place 2 implants. These two doctors are not only masterful dentists and dental surgeons, they are artists. I have never felt even the slightest pinch of discomfort. Plus, being a lover of tech I have to say this office is a dream and the result is their work is perfect to a T. Seriously, book here as fast as you can.

Reasonably priced and friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr. Irena Mota and Huijin were great! They were very thorough in my dental exam and made sure to answer all my questions.

The place inspires confidence in overall attention to health issues. It is a pleasant environment with a lot of protocol to protect everyone from covid infections, The staff are pleasant as well and Dr Behmard was thorough in explaining what was going on in my mouth. The xray that was displayed is the first time I really saw what the tooth looked like. Overall, a very friendly and solicitous encounter. I have high expectations. Thank you. Cecile

Such caring staff! No matter which dentist you see or hygienist you see you can tell that they really care and go out of their way to ensure you are getting the best treatment and referrals! The ladies at the reception are very involved in triaging - helping ensure you that you are seen ASP for emergencies and that you are being referred appropriately. Have been with them for many years for the entire family!

I came in for my first appointment which was for new patient records: xrays, photos, review of my dental needs and concerns. The office was immaculately clean, brightly lit, the front and back office staff were super professional, articulate, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. The moment I met Dr Behmard my intuition told me I could trust him: he is intelligent, professionally friendly mannerisms, respectful to his staff, succinct in his evaluation, perfect communication, no confusing language or over-explaining. I have no doubt that my implant procedure will be streamlined and to perfection like every other detail in his practice.

Since moving from West Vancouver to South Surrey 3 years ago I drive an hour each way to continue going to Behmard Dentistry. I think that says it all!

My appointment was on time, they were extremely thorough, very clean and hygienic. The staff were all really great and very competent.

All of the staff that I have encountered here are lovely. They have the state of the art diagnostic tools and in the time of pandemic have taken all the precautionary steps possible to make one feel safe. My Dentist, Dr. Joyce, is a wonderful man, and yesterday met Dr. Behmard, who also seems terrific.

Dr. Kay, mindful of my age and circumstances, mentioned several solutions to my problem, called in another doctor with another suggestion, discussed the pros and cons, ascertained the various costs, and gave me time to consider. Whichever one I choose, I know it will be well done, as have all his procedures for the last twenty five years.

I am a relatively new patient but have visited multiple times due to what I believe was a lack of full care from my previous Dentist. This has been provided to me at this office with hi-tech equipment and positive and happy attitudes.they have patience with their patients.

My experience at Behmard Dentistry with the team (Suzana, Dr Joyce, Serena, Stephanie) helping me there is always excellent. They always go over and above to not only do an amazing job on my teeth but make me feel so comfortable. They are all always so warm and friendly.

Dr Joyce is amazing. His patience and attention to detail is beyond anything I have ever experienced. He is a perfectionist, which is definitely something you want in a dentist. I’ve been in his chair many times and have had extensive dental work and can honestly say, I have never experienced any pain. Still cannot believe my luck at having found this gem of an office and staff.
Their front end receptionist Claire is so pleasant and always remembers my name. There has never been a time of just leaving me to wonder.
Their dental hygienist Bianca is probably the best I have been to in my 63 years. So kind, attentive and obviously knows her stuff. It's funny but I now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned.
Dr Andrew Shearon gives full, undivided attention when you talk and is the best at explaining procedures and results.
They dont make unnecessary suggestions to upsell. In fact they are compassionate and understanding of limited income and the need to wait. No pressure.
You can easily tell that this is an office of kind good people.
At the entrance they have a Dsli Lama sign which says it all. Go check it out when at Park Royal near Michael's South side with tons of parking.
