We needed to get a wheelchair across the city and the driver today driving CT30 was amazing. He ensured the chair was delivered to the correct place and even made sure it was in safe hands. He was also extremely timely and understanding of the delivery. We will definitely be using Coquitlam Taxi again and hopefully with the driver who was driving CT30 on January 12! Thanks so much!

The drivers are scamming customers getting out of the airport.

They don't respect the flat rate that should be charged from the airport to the different zones. Also, the driver is telling customers that they don't take credit card payment and that we should pay cash.

Bel-Air Taxi was a lifesaver today after my spouse and I were stranded in the forests of Belcarra Regional Park today by Translink not having enough buses to take everyone. Two Translink #182 buses that only came once an hour passed us by and a third never appeared as the sun was starting to go down in a fairly isolated wilderness area!

It was quite a dangerous situation which I'm still shocked that Translink allowed to happen. We tried Uber first but there were no drivers willing to come to such a remote area, but when we called Bel-Air Taxi, they immediately dispatched a driver into the park who arrived exactly in the promised timeframe of 15 to 20 minutes.

Our driver Param even kindly advised us to go to Inlet Centre station for our Skytrain ride home instead of the farther Moody Centre, saving us a few dollars. We are very thankful for Bel-Air Taxi for getting us out of a very unsafe situation and would encourage people to give them a chance if you ever need a ride on short notice in the Port Moody / Coquitlam area.

My driver was dishonest and over-charged me on the rate from the airport to South Vancouver, then he pressured me to pay in cash. It is a flat fee rate of $22 yet he asked for $25. I only discovered this afterwards when I looked up the flat fees. Ultimately, the money is not the issue, but the dishonest practice is.

Called for a taxi at 830 am to get a ride to work with my cat who is going in for a procedure. Dont have a car and its freezing temperatures, so chose to taxi for my cats comfort (i normally walk). Told a taxi would be 15 minutes wait- i started work at 9 and it is 5 minutes drive from my house so thats fine. At 9am, taxi is already 15 mins late. Called and told it would be another 5 minutes. At 910, called my work and was able to convince one of the veterinarians to pick me up (only possible since their appointment cancelled). At 918, the taxi showed up, now half an hour late. My coworker is already on the way, so i told the taxi i wouldnt need the service, as i cant contact my coworker to stop driving.not sure the driver number but i took down the license plate. He called the taxi service while watching me, so I don't know if I've been blacklisted or something and frankly I don't care. I'll use any other taxi service or uber before ever contacting this company again.

One of the most distrustful driver and a human I have ever seen in my life. 0 regards for anyone's wellbeing and care for elderly. Pushes doors and people around like bag of potatoes. Swears in front of the entire neighbourhood in his native language. If you find this cab with license plate number: PL 2124, please stay away from him. They do not deserve to be in business, Uber for the win.

One of your drivers almost hit me as he started turning into me while I was crossing. I stopped, he stopped so I confirmed he saw me and I started crossing. Then he started driving completely oblivious to my existence. It’s hard not o notice me as I wear a large red blinking light on the front of my jacket in the evenings. For reference it was Toyota minivan license SH8375. Pay attention and stop staring at a map or whatever else it if you are doing.

Grabbed a taxi from the airport to our hotel. The driver complained that the airport limited them to a flat fee. I gave the driver the address and name of our hotel. He kind of argued with me about the name of that location. He dropped us off at a Hampton Inn and insisted that it was the Hilton we were looking for. When I tried to check in I was told that I had a reservation at the Hilton up the street. We were exhausted and had to walk a couple of blocks uphill with our luggage to get to the correct hotel. I wish the driver had just gone to the address I gave him.

I called on a snowy morning and they made it feel like it was my fault that THEY weren’t prepared. Absolutely rude dispatch. I only use this business because it’s the only taxi company that will go to my address and besides that I will ALWAY USE UBER FIRST

Worst dispatch. I called ahead of time and asked for a cab to meet me outside of a skytrain station, and the guy told me to call when I get there. Okay, this is fine. I call when I get there, then he picks up and hangs up on me in the 0.5 seconds it took for me to reply. Then, I call again later after I managed to get a cab dispatched to me because it was late and I wondered if they were at the wrong entrance, and he immediately raised his voice and interrupted me to say they were on his way.

I was literally just asking if they went to the wrong place. It was one sentence I didn’t even get to finish. I’m not going to call this place again because I can’t believe how rude the dispatcher was.

Worst cab company in Canada. They refuse to pick people up if they don’t think the trip is worth their time. They have verbally abused my husband. He is disabled and needs to get driven, yet they berate him cuz it’s a short trip. Made him wait 1 hour cuz they all kept denying his trip. This company is inadequate and needs to be shut down immediately. Thank god Uber is taking over and will make these incompetent rude drivers jobless. Terrible company, terrible drivers.

Horrible call service. No point booking in advance when they decide to show up 15 min late anyways. Don’t bother calling the “support team” as they will just give you attitude in following up for your taxi’s status. Their “support team” will do everything in their power to make you not want to use their service again.

That was one of the best experience that I've had with this beautiful family, they're so helpful, nice and kind. I got my driver's license with them so easy. I recommend them to all, as they are so patient and knowing their job.

I called out of desperation to see if I could get emergency medicine picked up for my very ill pet. The dispatcher rudely laughed and said they were way too busy to do something like that. I asked what difference it made if I was paying the same rate and he just dismissively repeated what he said. I have no problem if they have a policy that they don't deliver goods (he didn't mention anything like that), but his heartlessness in he way he said no was really unnecessary during a really stressful time. Luckily the next taxi service I called happily picked it up for me and was so very kind about it too. I will never use Bel-Air taxi service again.

In an urgent situation where I had to arrive on time for a hospital appointment, I couldn't catch Uber near my place, so I called a taxi and he said he can arrive in 10minutes. I waited 20 minutes and he didn't come so I called him, he said he can arrive here in 5 minutes. But he didn't come and he didn't get my call! I had no choice but to call Uber. 45 minutes after I called a taxi, I got a call from him! If he said 10minutes, that means You need to wait at least 45minutes to get this taxi.

The driver was very nice. The cab was only so-so. The vehicle made sounds that would not be from a well serviced vehicle. My closest comparison is a cab I took in Marrakech.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible experience. Driver tried to rip me off. Charged me $20 for a 4 minute trip even tho the meter fully said $10. It’s no wonder everyone prefers uber. You can’t compete when you’re trying to snake people! Improve your business practices and yes I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. Shameful. And if I was the driver, I’d be embarrassed of myself. That scamming people is how you make your living.

This company has been really quick and reliable for me, I really only use them to go to my tattoo appointments in New Westminster and don't worry about looking for all day parking, there are covid shields between the back and front of the cars, drivers are all very friendly and none of them play weird music, recommend if u live in the coquitlam area.

I use bel-air regularly and usually have a good experience. The drivers in my area are really friendly and follow covid protocol and come quickly so I feel safe. Their app is also really helpful to use and I like being able to prebook a cab through the app

Lol.he asked for my destination and typed it on his gps and didnt use it, i still had to direct him.i think he said 'thanks a*hole' when i paid.it was a 4 minute ride

Be aware! Very dangerous driving. He was cutting other drivers at the highway entrance and was slowing down, almost stopping in front of the vehicle by purpose, almost causing an accident.
I called customer service to complain. They didn't want to listen at all, just said I will transfer you to manager and that was it. He hung up on me without conversation. Called back to reach someone else right, no answer. That was Taxi P79.

Horrible service. Called for a cab and he said he was lost and couldn't find address.stayed on phone giving him very clear directions for 25 minutes.then he told me to call another cab.then drove past me 10 min later.

Called for another cab and asked for a van as I had 3 other people with me and a bunch of stuff he said why do you need a van? Very rude.then he hung up on me.

Used them 7 different times this week, 3 different drivers didn't wear masks, I had to ask them to put on a mask. Tonight I asked the dispatcher to make sure he sent me a driver that would be wearing one, he reassured me that he would.
Taxi arrives and once again the driver was maskless. I didn't bother entering the cab. A couple of cabs that I was in actually had signs in the cab saying that B. C health authorities made wearing a mask mandatory. It's easy to see why the second wave of covid is picking up steam.

These guys will be the first ones complaining that Covid is hurting their business. I wonder why?
Uber will be my go to ride in future when needed.

I was over charged. I can't get a hold of anyone to rectify the situation. I took a taxi yesterday. The driver said that the transaction never went through. I am going to say that it was probably an honest "mistake. " I know, and call the driver often. I have been taking the Belair service for 5-6 years. I know a few drivers personnal numbers. I left a text for the driver. No response. I wasn't expecting one. The office should handle it. I contacted the manager he told me that he needed a screenshot. I said my bank doesn't allow it so I do it later. I tried calling back this morning. No one was available. I left a message, still no response. Now they said that no one is in the office until Monday. I have never been so disappointed.

Thanks for parking in the Handicap zone at Sutterbrook Mall this afternoon. Drives should have more sense than taking up spots to load and unload passengers when they are not handicapped.

Took me on a wild goose chase to get home. Usually the cost is 25.85 from the same location for the past three months once a week. Total was 38.45. I was then informed that he only drives in Poco and that's why he took the long way because he doesn't know Port Moody.

I find that Bel-Air-taxi has the nicest cab drivers around. In case your not familiar with this taxi company. They frequent the tri-cities area. The service is fast and reliable and Bel-Air-taxi beats black top or yellow cab any day. My only complaint is, late at night you can be on hold for awhile before a dispatcher answers your call.

Call the taxi for a pick up had to wait almost an hour only for them to tell me that it’s 3 to 4 minutes away I had to wait almost another hour the biggest waste of my time and I will never use the cab company again

I had someone who did not speak any English and did not have UPS I had to hand direct the driver to my destination and he was mad at me yelling I could not understand what he was saying the worst experience I ever had
