I walked into a shop to get basic no data line for my daughter and ended up getting a new phone, switching my line to bell and bunch of accessories.
Jagtar (store manager) was very knowledgeable and helpful.he set me up with really good deal and was not at all pushy.

Customer service needs to be improve. The lady was starring and smiling on me, just making me feeling uncomfortable. She was not welcoming me in the store and I was feeling like - Ok, better I go away and find other Bell branch.

I came to this branch today to pay a deposit for a new device that I had placed an order for via agent on the phone a day prior. Gary, the store manager, was assisting me. As I soon found out, my order was suspended by the agent I dealt with the day before and Gary had no way of getting into the generated order, still, he didn’t give up, he contacted a number of different departments and spoke to several remotely employed colleagues until he was able to locate my order and get it unlocked and process the deposit. Although it took about an hour to get it all done, it was not the store’s fault, it was the sales agent on the call the day prior who had made the process unnecessarily difficult. Anyway, Gary was super helpful. I was able to pay my deposit and get my new phone right away. I had to run to a meeting thereafter but I returned with half hour before Gary’s end of shift and he once again stepped up to the task of migrating all my data onto the new device and setting up my new line for me. He really cared for my business to the store, and I really appreciate that. Thank you Gary!

My phone broke suddenly and I needed a new one for work. I came into the store and in less than an hour had a new plan and phone. Saleem is the employee that helped me, and he has great customer service. He answered all my questions about products and helped me transfer my contacts to the new phone. I would definitely recommend this location.
