Hiral was extremely helpful while getting new phones and setting them up, even while there were a few hiccups because my phone wasn’t working properly. She was really nice and easy to talk to.

Best Bell team (Ms. Hiral & Her Manager) clearly explained whole process and the billing and handled everything properly to get a new phone.

I am really happy with the over all customer service and will definitely recommend Bell and specifically this team.

I have visited here to get a new phone data plan and super amazing employees out there!:) Especially, named Hiral who took care of my stuff that I need to get it. She is the most amazing employee I have ever been helped. Talking to calmly, kindly and explaining to me super easy way in order to my rack of English skills. Even in texting, when I have issues with my phone plan whatever, she have texted me back at least in three hours to help me out. I’m soo glad I have been helped by her. I’ll def visit her when I need something again.
