Very thankful for the employee named Ashish. We’ve been going back and forth for days trying to return a phone. It took a while but he took the time to call costumer service and figure out the issue. I've been with Telus for 15 years. Basically, ever since I was a teenager. I went in to the Guildford Telus to get a new phone and was met with a rude representative who told me verbatim I had "a terrible plan". He laughed at me when I asked why they never offered me something better when my contract ended and said that "Telus would never offer you a better contract, just one for more money. " I was out of contract so I went over to talk to Bell and met with Ashish. He was so helpful gave me an excellent plan, a top of the line phone and managed to get me $20 off per month for the length of my contract. The employees there stayed late to ensure my transfer was complete and that I was totally satisfied before I left.

I've never dealt with Bell and I'm sure I'll run into the same big corporation irritations I ran into with Telus, but at the very least I was treated with kindness by the Guildford Bell Store and their employee, Ashish.

Navpreet is very helpful at this location. She helped me set a brand new plan with bell. I am happy with my plan. I appreciate the time and help.

I wanted to switch my service provider for my phone to Bell Mobility as they were offering a better deal. I was on the phone with customer service and asked them if my sim card could be just picked up from the Guildford store instead of shipped to my house as it would be faster and convenient for me. The customer service guy on the phone kept saying he was unable to do so as the Guildford location did not have the sim and for me to have it shipped instead or pick up from Metrotown which was over 30 mins away. I even called the Guildford store to see if they had a sim card in stock for me and they did. The customer service representative Aman, that worked at the Guildford location, was so nice that he offered to get in to a 3 way call me with and the corporate location to give them details so I could pick up the sim card the same day. He was able to talk to the person on the phone and arrange for me to have my sim card picked up the same day.
I had gone to the Guildford Bell store right away and Aman was very professional and respectful when helping me. He knew that I was quite frustrated given how much trouble I had to go through in order to pick up the Sim and he made providing care to me so easy. He was very kind and was able to set up my SIM and even asked to do a test call ensure everything is working before I left.
I was very pleased with the service provided!

Natalia was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and just all around helpful. She helped me decide between the iPhone 13 and the new Samsung Galaxy in the best way. I would definitely go back again just to be helped by her. 10/10.
