Worst customer service ever, these people behave like they are doing you a favour! They just don't care, not to mention that store manager is never around. I do not recommend Bell, even less this store.

In this day and age was a pleasure dealing with someone that was very proficient at what they do. Jesse knew how to resolve my needs in the most efficient manner. Was in and out of the store very quickly. Great job!

It’s been a very long time since I have received incredible customer service. We went to the mall to shop for new providers and instantly the customer service from the entire bell team working Yesterday was amazing. We had the pleasure of dealing with Gary and he was great, wrote everything down for me, explained everything in detail. I mentioned I was hesitant to switch as I was with Telus for 16 years but it’s just been one mistake after the other and I was fed up. Gary explained the plans and when we were ready to make the switch he got everything done within an hour. It was easy, no stress and we left with smiles on our faces. Thank you so much.

2 sales employees need retraining,
Incident happened between 5pm and 6pm on Sept 13th.
Telling customers at 5: 00 pm that they cant help should alarm the owner.walked out the store no contract signed but yet they put a phone under my account and now i dont have any service on my existing phone.

Where has quality customer service gone?

Nick he is absolutely and truly one of the best in this location awesome dud knowledgeable very welcoming. Great to help you out with any question you got never let you down. Highly recommended to see him if you are visiting this store. If I can do 10 stars I will. Thanks brother for always being there for help

I called Bell mobility (online) to talk to them about a new phone, and therefore a new plan today. The guy online was not at all helpful. However, what he couldn't do in an hour, Jessy at the Luckakuck store was able to do in just a few minutes. She was efficient, kind when I thought I'd lost over 8000 photos (whew, I didn't!), and very patient with this old broad. I highly recommend this store. Their service is certainly top notch!

Since I was off contract, and retired, I wanted to get a more cost effective plan. I called Bell, and spoke to a couple different people there, and opted for a prepaid plan, which did save a few bucks a month. Well, having never had a prepaid plan before, I had some questions I wanted to ask to a rep in person. I went into the store and was quickly helped out by a fellow named John.
People like John, and his excellent customer service, got me an ever better plan than what I was originally offered! So once again, I was treated to the great in person customer experience that people such as John offer, and why I remain a Bell customer! Thanks again John, I appreciate your service! Two thumbs up!

I delt with a man named John in Chilliwack and his co-worker, I can't remember her name, but anyway, I had major problems with my current provider, he was able to get me away from them, with a plan that was totally in my budget and month to month. Absolutely amazing service. I would give them 10 stars if that was a thing. Great job guys. Super happy. Definitely recommend.

Not great at all. Looking to purchase new phone. No payment plan, no new plan just buy a new phone. Iphone XR $720.00. Apple store and Best buy selling it for $699.00 Ask them to price match. He said Bell does not do that unless you get a new plan or call customer service. After being on the phone for 50 mins. This is the Hill I die on folks, 18 years of monthly payment, my account is in great standing to the fact they owe me $400.00, Two phone plans with them. Heres my warning to you. All new customers that enter in a deal with them. You will mean nothing after you sign up. Bush League Bell!

I was having a lot of trouble with Bell and Asurion (smart phone care) since October, it’s been quite the battle and I was ready to cancel and go with another phone company. I went into to speak with someone at cottonwood to try and get things resolved. Thankfully John was there to help, if it wasn’t for him contacting Asurion and figuring out a solution to my problem I would’ve changed phone companies that day and paid a hefty fine for it. John is the only reason I’m giving 5 stars, he’s hands down the best. Saved me hundreds of dollars and what was left of my sanity, thank you again John!

Great experience, easy and quick and Andrew killed it he knows his stuff! Make sure to ask for Andrew if you thinking about switching or getting a new device or service regarding bell!
