Did not catch the name of the rep that helped me here is a quick summery: Ordered online for black friday special rates, went to pick up, the order had issues as he could not link my new account with the new SIM, he quickly called his tech support, at the same time he helped a co worker that was new and needed support with her client and had me in and out in 20mins. Kept his cool and helped get all my mobile services sorted asap. Good capable workers. Did not catch his name but he was on shift Tues Nov 14th @ 1: 30pm so give this man a raise.

Nicolas was very patient and informative about everything we need to know and assisted us with transferring everything to the new phone.

I was in quite a sticky situation with replacing my phone through corporate EPP, and I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Johnathan, a customer service representative in the store. Never have I had such an awesome customer service experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that at the end of the day, I had a replacement phone. He bridged so many communication gaps between corporate and myself. He was like a guardian phone angel. Super nice guy, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful in every way possible. If people ever dream of the ideal customer service experience, this is it! Please give this guy a raise, or a promotion!

I received beyond excellent customer service from Gabriel Lalancette as I upgraded my phone. He explained all my options, answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. He went above and beyond helping me choose a case and other accessories and even added them to my phone for me. Gabe provided the absolute best customer care with kindness and knowledge. I highly recommend him!

Had alot of great help from Carol (store manager) in getting my new iphone. She was super patient with me and made sure I was happy with the phone, even proactively reaching out with options, etc. Was the best service I've had so far with Bell!

I recently switched providers from Telus to Bell because I was unhappy with Telus. Carol, Aaron and Brittany were awesome to deal with and got me signed up in no time. I had three lines to switch over. I went to Telus to return my " Bring It Back " phone and was told I had to call customer service as my numbers were ported over to Bell. I spent 2 hours on hold with Telus only to be told I could hand them back into a Corporate store. I tried this and was told I couldnt do that by staff and that I would receive an invoice to pay the remaining money owed on my phones. Went and saw Bell and they assisted me in applying for and packaging up my old phones to Bell and they got me more credit than I owed Telus and I didnt have to try and sell them on Marketplace. I would recommend this store and staff to anyone!

Had terrific experience with Himanshu, Brittany and Carol. They all are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and polite. They went above and beyond the service they provide and exceeded my expectations.
Would highly recommend everyone to use their service.
