Fix your eSIM issues here- they are fast at getting you up and running again if you have deleted your eSIM and are unable to recover it online due to Bell's ridiculous SMS authentication system which sends to the deleted eSIM you're trying to recover. You will get a physical SIM which for now is better supported by Bell.

I went into the Bell store at Lougheed mall as I lost my phone. Ali and Joshua helped me for over 2 hours with downloading an app to find my phone. Ali and Joshua let me use their private cells to be in contact with George who found my phone. We all couldn't believe It! I was so happy, Ali and Joshua are outstanding professional and knowledgeable! Without a doubt if you have any concerns with your phone go see Ali and Joshua! Many thank you'd to you guys!

I had spent 3 days trying to get settup with rogers, and between 3 different malls and atleast 10 phone calls i was sick of dealing with them when they originally reached out to me.

I went 2 doors down to Bell and was settup probably within 30 minutes of me walking the door. Amazing service, i'm pretty sure the person helping me was named Joshua, so if you see this - thank you for the help.very knowledgeable and was able to do everything for me without having to call 4 different people (cough cough rogers.)
