Ali and aman were amazing in their customer service! I had a problem transferring my sim from an xr to a 13 but they dealt with it splendidly. Ali especially took the time, effort and care to make sure the phone was working properly. I recommend going to this bell for all future problems.

This store is just a joke. Went to the two retail offices at Metrotown and got different directions both on the same day; neither of them helpful in any way. Save yourself time and just call customer service. The WORST experience.

Nick and Carmen provided outstanding service when restoring my access to both data and voice services. Their patience and expertise were evident as they went above and beyond diagnosing and taking the proper steps toward resolving the issue. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are exceptional. I'm grateful for their service and highly recommend this Bell location (across from Superstore).

We came into the store to trade in a phone for a new one. The nice gentleman Manraj really helped us out! A lady tried to cut in line and he totally stood up for us.

He also saved us some money by selecting the best plan

When we came to pick up the phone, we accidentally spilled a cup of ice tea but he told us not to stress at all and we left the store happy and in a pleasant mood.

I never had an experience with any telecommunications company retail store where they specifically remember my needs while I was swinging by their store and gives me a call back months after with a plan and promotion that fulfills my needs. Frankie was very knowledgeable with taking care of my business lines and made the entire activation procedure very quick and clear. I would definitely recommend and bring back my cellphone needs to Frankie.

Absolutely amazing service.

I’d say this store provides the best experience across any provider. Nick is professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

I came in with a niche request of setting up an Apple Watch Standalone Plan without being a Bell customer.

Nick had never heard such a request before, but he quickly grasped the situation and provided me with all the possible ways to do such a thing. Note that this is a complicated process that only a few people on Reddit managed to pull off; even the customer services on the phone were not sure how to do this.

Once I picked my favourite way to proceed, Nick was able to fly through most of the setup with ease. As a pretty technical person myself, I had never seen ANYONE in a store able to set this up so quickly and understand the issue right away when stuff did not go as planned.

I highly recommend this store, and I will trust Nick with all my future Bell inquiries.
