Bellissima

Belissima has been my go-to place for many years. The staff is exceptional and I love the fashion. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I also love that you sell Canadian products.

I so enjoy going in to this store - Serena West (formerly Bellissima) in Mayfair shopping centre - Victoria BC. Marnie is so helpful and delightful - in fact all the staff I have encountered have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional; I never feel that I am "being stalked" by assistants as I do in other ladies fashion stores. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend a browse.

Rude and pretentious employees. I had gone in to look for a top for a family member a little while back and decided not to buy from there after my experience with the two female employees.

One of the ladies behind the counter kept sighing, rolling her eyes, and exchanging judging looks with the other employee out of nowhere. As I browsed the tops, the other hovered extremely close to me through the whole store as if I were going to steal. That same lady made some sly unsolicited comment about how I may not be able to find anything within my price range, despite me not ever mentioning my budget.

I am by all means not a dirty, sketchy-looking person, nor was I rude at any point in time so it was all so absolutely confusing as to why they were treating me like that right from the get-go. All I did was walk in, say hi, then keep to myself as I looked through the tops. I've had a friend and another family member share similar experiences here as well. Weird and disappointing.

If you want to wear something that no one else has, and if money's no object, then this is a Don't Miss It stop on your shopping trip.

My wife likes this store. They have good sales. Also Canadian made dresses etc. Staff seem really helpful and knowledgeable.
