Overall the reception was helpful but was not sure if needed to make imprint of flipper before or after pulling tooth. But the dentist I think Dr. Kim or Dr. Park seemed rushed.kept looking at her watch during the appointment.was nervous I would get her for surgery.

Friendly reception staff Basically everyone so professional. Dr. Park is super good with details and my teeth extraction by Dr. Dhalwal went like a breeze. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely amazing job! Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed here, took maybe 40mins. Felt no pain or discomfort for the whole procedure and was given more freezing when nessisary.

I have a lot of social anxiety, but I always feel comfortable at Belmont. I have done two root canal, several cleaning sessions, and most recently one crown. I have been treated very well through all the appointments.

I unfortunately am terrible remembering names, but I want to thank all Belmont receptionists for always being nice and friendly. Special thanks to Sadia who offered to write down the names of the doctors from my last appointment.

During the crown procedure they were very patient, attentive, always checked if I was doing ok and most importantly have lots of empathy. It really helped me feel comfortable. They also gladly explained every step along the way very clearly.

I was looking for a dentist in New Westminster for my dental implant. My friend recommended this dental dental clinic in new west to me. I was looking for a good dentist.
The first time I walked in this dental clinic, was greeted warmly with smiles, all my questions were answered, and they told me about their services - as regards to the price, they told me that it depended on the work needed to be done, but the service will start with scans.

However when I told them that I was on social benefit, they stopped smiling and, I asked what service can I get for someone in my position? They said to me not much, they suddenly lost interest in me.

They stopped answering any additional questions I had, to them, I wasn't worth much, it's ashamed how money affects every aspect of our lives these days.

I just said thank you and walked away.when i am off benefits, I don't think I will ever go back there, since they only take care of the rich and famous.

I had recently work done By Dr Dhaliwal, I scared of needles and Dr Dhaliwal is super nice, Friendly, professional dentist and will recommend this place to everyone. Moreover, Staff was also nice and they make sure, patient is comfortable. Thanks Belmont team.

Rude Front desk!

I called and asked Nala or Nara (not totally sure) for next availability appointment and unfortunately my phone carrier was having some technical issues with the reception (cignal) but the Front desk who talked to me said that “next time you call, can you change your phone! ”

I understand that she’s having a hard time understanding me on the line but Atleast be polite and patient enough communicating with your clients!

I've been going to Belmont Dental for probably over 4 years and always liked their service. Today I tried to reschedule an appointment and the woman on the phone told me right away that they wouldnt be able to book a weekend until March 2023. I thought she was a bit rude because I sounded surprised with the time. She didnt offer any other solution and totally disregarded me as a loyal client.
Edit: Dr. Dhaliwal personally called me and offered a solution. Really appreciate him trying to keep his clients!

Been going to this dental office for over 10 yrs. Dr Dhaliwal is so nice and he is always gentle, and the staff are all helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed by him, my son said it was over before he knew it. I would definitely recommend this office.

About a month ago, I was faced with a dental issue and I had to find a new dentist since my old dentist retired and the one that took over his practice was not who I wanted working on my teeth. I called around to find a local dentist, and Belmont was the most responsive, quickest, and it's been a great experience! I'm super happy to have found a great dentist. So far, I've had a broken crown repaired, which was the initial reason to go, a complete tooth cleaning, and 2 crowns. Each time has been fantastic! Update, after a failure of the broken crown again, it was time to replace it. The new replacement could not be better! Again, I am super happy that I found them, and highly recommend them to all people!

I recently had a new appointment at Belmont Dental Centre with Dr. Dhaliwal. On the upper jaw, where I had a massive bone loss, after extractions, bone grafting, doctor placed a full arch implant-supported bridge on 8 dental implants. The results are remarkable! The bridge looks, feels and functions like natural teeth. Wonderfully accomplished, thanks to the skill and professionalism of Dr. Dhaliwal, his team and dental technicians. On the lower jaw, I still have the 6 remaining teeth. Identically with the upper jaw, after extractions, immediate implants were not possible because I didn't have adequate bone volume, therefore doctor reconstructed the bone prior to the placement of 4 dental implants on the left side on the lower jaw and then placed a fixed bridge. Great natural color, match and anatomy! I definitely recommend Dr. Dhaliwal for all your dental needs!

Unfriendly Receptionist ever! I planned to transfer to this dental clinic because its near our home but I changed my mind. Receptionist are unfriendly, one time I got emergency and forgot my appointment. I called them back to reschedule my appointment and the way the receptionist talk to me is not good the tone of her voice and the way she handled the situation is poor. I'll just go back to my dentist in vancouver staff are more friendly and considerate

Oh man I never experienced such a world class service from any dental Center.when me and my family started to visit Belmont Dental Center, it was a whole new experience for me with professional staff and specialist like Dr. Dhaliwal. In this dental center every one is so responsible and dedicated to their work. I would recommend all to visit this facility and you will happy always.

Wow, you guys are so nice and friendly and so pleasant, from my very first visit, what a great experience. The staff at the front were all very professional and friendly and the assistants were also very friendly and nice. Dr. Dhaliwal was super nice and very kind and compassionate. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort when I got injections for freezing (which I did with other dentists) and when he extracted my back tooth I felt absolutely nothing, it was a smooth uncomplicated process with no pulling and prodding or hammering or prying motions (as with another dentist). The difference was like night and day, total opposites. I was amazed when Dr. Dhaliwal said, "the tooth has been extracted" because of how smooth and simple the process was. Another dentist billed the extraction as a "complicated procedure" and wanted to charge me $265.00 out of pocket even though my plan covers 100% for extractions! I was prescribed 500 mg of antibiotics for five days and never had to take 1500 mg for two days. The experience here at Belmont Dental center was a beautiful experience and Dr. Dhaliwal was really great.

The staff are terrible. They don't check for cavities and they don't look at their work. Always talking to eachother and looking at eachother rather than the tooth there working on and constantly slipping with tools. Unsterial.

Haven’t been to the dentist in 7 years. Worried that I would be “in trouble” by the dentist and dental hygienist, that certainly wasn’t the case when I went here. They were very kind, professional and caring. I felt comfortable and at ease my entire appointment.

This is a friendly, large centre with lots of staff so you often see someone different unless you make a specific request. Have always been happy with my technicians. Very thorough job done and your comfort is always considered.

I love coming here! Super professional, really friendly, and they are awesome at helping you figure out insurance stuff. I've always hated going to the dentist, but not anymore!
