My mom's hearing aid had lost the little ear piece on the end. I just dropped in. The receptionist was very helpful and asked me to take a seat. Within a couple of minutes, another lady appeared and asked what she could do for me. My small dog had stolen it and I wondered if it was damaged. She cleaned it, and tested it, and added the new little ear bud piece, and it was fine.
AND NO CHARGE.

Unfortunately I was triped by the hearing aid testers chair and now still in emergency for 5 hours. The hearing aid people were great. What a shame I am still not able to walk. Looks like I will need an operation.

Recently, the receiver on one of my hearing aids failed and Marlene was able to book me in for an appointment the following day. Lindsay fixed the problem quickly and, only one day after phoning for the appointment, I was back to hearing with both ears! I have received exceptional service from the Beltone location in Victoria ever since purchasing my first pair of hearing aids in 2006 and, over the years, I have always found the staff at Beltone to be friendly, competent and efficient.

Lindsay at the Munro Center was very thorough, personable and interested. Checking my hearing was a great exercise in health maintenance and with Belltone as a testing agency, they also made it easy.
