What a fantastic atmosphere, very compassionate staff. I was very comfortable with the explanation of my situation. I can't hear clearly to certain words because of noise, especially in the back seat of a car. When traveling i miss the conversation. Looking so forward to hear clearly. Instead of asking to repeat the conversation.

Just back from a different visit to Beltone, just a check up… but a temp. Person was working - filling in, instead. He suggested I consider new hearing aides with latest technology? I purchased them in mid 2019 and spent 6 grand on these! That’s only 4 years ago? Divide 4 years into 6 grand and I spent $1500 per year, or $125 per month. I did not expect anyone from your company ever telling me they would need replacing! When I originally purchased I was told I COULD indeed get them to last me my lifetime? I am not happy- and feel like he was trying to “up-sell me” when mine are working well for me. (. That it’s better technology than 4 years ago and I could hear more clearly with new hearing aides) …Not happy….

Beltone was my choice 10 years ago when they were flexible enough to allow me to upgrade my WCB chosen product at a reasonable price which dramatically change my hearing ability in noisy machine rooms.
Larissa epitomizes ‘Customer Service’ and is incredible at identifying the issue (s) and solving them whenever asked even when the manufacturer can’t remedy the problems. Pretty remarkable and after 48 years in my business I have to say that Larissa is one of a kind and Beltone and us, their customers are extremely lucky to have her.

It had been probably 30+years since I had a hearing test. The tec/doc? Was very professional and knew his job. Everything went smoothly and everything was explained. Very pleasant office visit. Thanks again.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, helped me with a free hearing test. I learned I'm not loosing my hearing, I just need to work on listening better.

I felt that it was a thorough test and the results were very well explained to me after the test. I now have a base line with which I can compare my results when I return in a year.
