They discovered that an oddly shaped ear canal was making it harder for the hearing aids to work properly, so they reshaped the hearing aid - and now they work much better! How has nobody else noticed this, in twenty years? They're not just selling hearing aids, they really want to make your life better. Do yourself a favor, and put your head in their hands.)
