Had a very good appointment at Beltone Hearing Center yesterday afternoon staff was very professional and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable they explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. It was clear that they really knew what they were doing and took a real professional sense of pride to doing their job. The main thing I want to mention is how I felt that they genuinely cared about my hearing loss and wanted to do the best thing they could for me.iam a veteran and my coverage is through Veterans Affairs and they can be very difficult to deal with lots of red tape and hoops to jump through but th technician I was dealing with was great he sat on the phone with them for over half a hour answering all their questions until finally we got the approval for my new hearing ades. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Beltone Hearing Center in Abbotsford I highly recommend their services to anyone who has any hearing related issues.

Doug is always so thorough and kind! He makes sure everything with my hearing aids are working at maximum capacity and always informs me of the latest and greatest advances like using my iPhone to program my aids! It’s like visiting an old and dear friend!
