Cut is not consistent every time even with the same hairstylist. Sometimes the cut is bad and sometimes it's good.thus I'm giving 3 stars. Also, the business hour states 9: 00AM when they are open for businesses but last time I waiting until 9: 08AM before someone comes and open the door. From my experience they are about 40% on time for business and the rest of few minutes late. Summer time is OK to wait outside but when it's Autumn or Winter season then it's terrible to wait in the cold rain or snow especially for elderly people. Hope the owners can be on time to open for business.

3 of us went here. 3 women cut our hair. All of us went out of the salon ugly. I hate this salon. Only the guy knows how to do a good haircut but unfortunately he wasn't in the salon that time.

My husband get an haircut today and he give the instruction what style he likes and that lady did not follow the instruction what he said and she almost cut everything.that stupid cut is not right he is very frustrated about the come out… very bad hairstylist.

They accept only cash. They will accept Interac only when they belive you don't have cash.

I don't recommend this hair solon anymore. I went today to do only two lines (strips) of highlight and she told me the price is $80 without tax. Then I got so surprised. But, last month she told me she could do my full hair for 175-200$. So how come she charges $80 for two strips only? It's too expensive and she's not even that professional. I will go see another hair salon with reasonable price. And not even deal good or welcoming customers. We're like going to do it for free lol

The don't care if they lose a customer as they have random people walk in all the time, and they rush to finish your hair cut if there're people waiting. Never go there anymore because basically it's a bad barber shop which doesn't meet Canadian standard.

I get my hair cut there every month. And Kevin does a superb job of cutting my hair. I got my hair cut there today and I like the way they left the door open to let in a cool breeze the cool the salon on this warm 23 degrees celsius day. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that I am paying $12 for a haircut. They started at $7.99 a haircut when I first started going.

The guy gave me a bald spot line on back of my head. Little effort and cut my hair in like 2min with trimmer and said it’s good.
The girls are more professional.

Very bad hair cut! Unprofessional hair cutter! Don’t know how to cut hairs. I dont know why i went to this place after reading just the reviews. Spoiled my head and my haircut today! I recommend you all to never come here for your haircut. Worst experience of my life!

My husband took my son there for a buzz, and he got home with a ridiculous hair, uneven all over. It was apparently done by an apprentice who had no idea what they were doing. Still got charged the full price. We ended up having to take him to a different place to fix it. He also got hair all over his hoodie and jacket when he got home so don't even know what sort of service they gave there.

Recently got a Reilly Nice fade with their new upgraded equipment they just got to start the new year!

Differently going to be a hidden gem very soon I would BOOK ASAP!

Always had a great experience when coming to this shop over the past 5 plus years since they opened. Very friendly owners that love what they do and love the community.

The music and entertainment playing in the background is great! The volume is never over powering so it makes for a great environment!

I usually go to ben salon to get my hair done, but I really wanted a different haircut but the one who was cutting my hair didn't understand me and the owner just gave me 2 options and everytime i have to get that only haircut done, I feel they should give good suggestions rather than just 2 option's whenever I go.very disappointed

My family and I have been coming to Donna for over 4 years. I get my hair coloring done and highlights every couple months from her and I'm always left satisfied and happy with the end results. Very professional and affordable pricing. I definitely recommend this hair salon for anyone looking to get a really nice hair coloring/highlight experience
