It was my first time getting a brow lamination and it was a great experience. BRIANNA WAS AMAZING! Brianna waxed and laminated my brows perfectly and I will definitely be going back to her. It did not even hurt when she waxed them and she did them so normal that suited my face and didn’t take too much off like other brow waxing places. She made the process quick, pain free and even recommended Benefit products which I ended up purchasing. 5 star review for sure!

Brianna did such an amazing job with my brows! I was a bit nervous going in to get my brows done during Covid-19 but she was extremely professional and thoroughly sanitized her station and everything in it. She wore both a mask and a face shield which made me feel comfortable and safe.

The customer service I received was wonderful and the end result of my brows was just spectacular. Brianna perfectly matched the colour with what I imagined and everything was done in a timely manner. I would always be scared in having my eyebrows waxed too thin, but Brianna respected my wishes in keeping my brows thick and perfectly had them cleaned up and maintained.

I highly recommend getting your brows done at the Metrotown location and requesting for Brianna! She provided exceptional customer service and was overall a wonderful employee. I am so pleased with how they turned out! 5/5 stars.

I had my very neglected covid brows done by Brianna. She was super friendly, quick and professional. My brows look crisp, but still natural. The covid precautions were rigorous and I felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend.

I recently went to the brow bar at Metrotown and had Brianna tint and wax my brows (i normally get them threaded) but I am pleased and I am definitely coming back!

I'm beyond happy with my service. My friend had gotten her eyebrows tinted/waxed the night before and we couldn't stop talking about how good they looked all night.

I booked for the next day. Brianna was sooooo friendly and nice. I had such comfortable experience.

Paula is amazing! When Michele left I was worried because I didn’t know who I trusted to get my brows done by anymore, in comes Paula who made me stress free and makes my brows look bomb. Every time I leave I feel like a brand new person, she gets every hair and always makes sure their perfect. I couldn’t ask for more from a brow artist. Go see Jillian! I’ve followed her from other Sephora locations. She’s amazing at brows and has a fun, down to earth personality. I’m not huge into the makeup/beauty scene, but I love getting my brows done by Jillian. She knows her stuff and isn’t pushy at all. Also, I tried the eye mask on my last visit and loved it!

Paula did an amazing job today:) She is really friendly and nice too. I got brow and lip wax and yes there was bit of pain but Paula made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She also applied the concealer for me and my skin got a better look. I think I’ll come back to her again!
