I love Linda and Ashley, both are really professional and they know what they are doing with your eyebrows. I love the fact that they draw the exact lines and ask for the preference shape to the costumers. I always come here since a few months:)

I have been going to Kelly for a couple of years now, and cannot recommend her highly enough. I always come out of the store feeling like a million dollars. Not only is Kelly friendly and kind, but she is also stunningly good at her job. I get a wax and tint that lasts several weeks - great value for money and cheaper than botox!

Did an eyebrow wax and tint with Ashley and loved the result! I had very little expertise on properly doing my brows and she was so informative and gave me demos plus recommendations on products (I'm already completely converted to Benefit products so it was useful to see the application of different brow products). Thrilled to hear the Brow Bar has reopened! Book with Kelly at the Robson location and you won't be disappointed. She started the session by asking me what I was looking for and what skin + brow products I use. After assessing my brows, Kelly recommended that she trim and shape my brows and showed me 2 techniques on how to fill in my brows. I love that she took the time to explain both versions and taught me how to apply Benefit's Microfilling Brow Pen + 24hr Brow Setter to recreate the version I liked. The next morning, I admired my newly shaped brows and effortlessly filled them in using her instructions.

My experience at benefit brow bar was amazing. This was my first time getting my eye brows done and I was quite nervous. I had booked an appointment for the Robson location with Marzi. The atmosphere was very calm and Marzi did such a great job. Not only was she rlly nice and sweet but she did a perfect job with my eyebrows. They were exactly how I wanted them to be.

I get my eyebrows done with Marzi! She is incredible! I have very sensitive skin but with her ability to use both tweezing, wax, and threading I have no problems at all! She also knows how to shape your brows to match the shape of your face etc.so it feels very personalized. Best of all.she is an absolute sweetheart! So glad I found her!

Kelly ALWAYS does an amazing job on my brows, and I would never go elsewhere. I specifically wait to see her, and only her. Her skill is like no one else I've ever gone too. I barely feel the wax come off, it's quick and concise. The tint lasts a good week and half as well which is a plus!
