Benjamin Moore Vancouver: Broadway

Some of the worst service I’ve experienced in a while. Came in and the blue haired lady was dismissive and completely unhelpful. We were left to help ourselves while her and her two coworkers chatted behind the counter. We left without a purchase. Told to come back Wednesday when there is a designer.

Drove all the way into Kits to this store since the local one to me was closed.not only was the staff super friendly, they were super knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect paint and gave me information on the products without bias. I brought my 4 year old in with me (she brought her giant unicorn stuffy along) and they were super accommodating with her and a staff member even drew her a unicorn! I only bought 4 gallons but another staff member helped carry my paint to car! Absolutely above and beyond customer service! I would definitely make the 45 min drive in again anytime! Thank you for making my experience amazing!

We all know Benjamin Moore has the best paint. However, I was up-selled to buy more than I needed. I asked for a tester size of paint for an apartment door. The sales rep ignored everything I asked for and convinced me his wayidea was better. Now I have almost a full quart of paint that I don't need. A tester size would have more than enough.

If he heard me correctly - he would have heard "indoor apartment door" - so again, like I said before - a tester size would have been enough.

Summer projects are one of my favourite things to do, and with the help of Scott at the Kitsilano Benjamin Moore on Broadway, I am set! He was incredibly helpful and directed me to one of their products for stairs and pathways for anti-slipping surfaces. So helpful and informative, and I am a fan of Benjamin Moore products for many many years.

As a BONUS they have a design section that showcases home and house wares along with design ideas using fabrics and wall coverings like great designer wallpaper and prints. I am definitely making my way back to this store for more inspiration and friendly helpful service. Thank you Benjamin Moore and Scott. You made my next project happen with ease and excitement!

The employees were very knowledgeable and gave me choices! Michelle, our Benjamin Moore consultant came to our house and designed every aspect, taking our likes and dislikes into account. She was great to work with and our house looks amazing! We also had the roof painted!

Staff scatter when you walk in the store. Pretty difficult to get any in store service. Even when assisted it’s very brief. Like pulling teeth

I had a such great time with Michelle at the store. She did an amazing job on helping me to pick the painting color for my home reno.

Michelle helped us put together beautiful colour combinations at our place and it looks amazing!

Had some idea of our colour scheme going into the store but met Michelle here who really helped to educate us on what was possible and suggested colours and ideas we hadn't contemplated at first. Everything turned out beautifully and the quality of the paint and colour combinations are one of the first things our guests comment on when they visit. On repeated visits to see her she showed that she cared about our project and a keen interest in how things turned out relatively to our location, furniture, the seasons, etc. Michelle and the folks here have a strong understanding of colour and of their products and they made us feel we could really trust their recommendations.

Went in to pick up some paint to touch up my walls and the woman working the front desk couldn't have been less helpful. Super unfriendly, almost rude. Went to another paint store and they were fantastic.

For over 20 years I had kept buying cheap paints from well known hardware stores, so I had never tried quality paint before. A friend of mine convinced me to visit a Benjamin Moore. At first, I was shocked by the price (85$ for a gallon, seriously!) and wanted to get out. I finally bought one gallon to try it. I must say I was stunned by how smooth and perfect that paint is. I've never seen something like that. It smells good (really), fixes wall defects, dries fast and leaves no stain, crack, line. Aura paint is thick and doesn't get swallowed by drywall. I ran straight back to the store and bought 4 more gallons. It's incredible because I succeeded to paint a 2 bedroom condo entirely (including 2 bathrooms as well) with only 5 gallons total The very helpful sales people at that location told me it's a durable paint. You bet. Looks like I won't have to paint again for 20 years. I'm afraid my review may sound more as an advertisement for the Aura brand than a a positive review about that store. But it's both!
