Kyle is a liar and is disrespectful towards women, tired to get me fired by lying to the store manager that I was yelling and screaming because of a paint issue. Zero of that was true. I was polite and kind, just confused as what the issue was, and needed more paint to finish the job. I spoke to mountain side painting, Trendz painting, certa pro painters, and a few different paint stores including boundarylocation, and they all agree the issue had nothing to do with painting in the heat or sun. People painting in Arizona, ossoyos, and kelowna never experienced what i did. I was treated poorly and accused of being at fualt for an issue I had never experienced in my 17 years. I proved greatly that everything kyle said was a lie and its been weeks not a single apology or anything was done for him making up such a drastic outright lie. When I called to defend my character, Curtis was annoyed at me acting like I had no right to be defensive towards someone trying to get me fired because I didn't agree with the suggest possible issue. Kyle in the past has been incompetent of doing his job, I've brought in samples to be matched and he tells me every time it's not possible which inconveniently makes me have to drive to east Vancouver to get it matched perfectly fine at the east Vancouver location. He's not capable of doing them, so he will gaslight you and tell you it's not possible as if I haven't been doing this job a day in my life. I have the proof to back up that Kyle completely lied, so I am not sure why I wasn't given an apology. I didn't deserve any of that at all and have always been kind to anyone at any paint store. Ask Steve at east Vancouver, or Ali and Sherwin Williams on 16th, what kind of person I am. I wouldn't have left this if someone called me back and something was done for what Kyle did to me. His a misogynist

Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable. They were about to help me with all I needed to paint my house, and didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of things that I do not need. Highly recommend anyone to come here. Thanks guys!

Sasha, the in-house decorator consultant, offered us great ideas we never would have thought of, in just a 15 minute free in-store consultation. That, plus the great knowledgeable service and high-quality paints make this our go-to paint store for 20 years.

Needed a good coverage paint but didn’t have a ton of information on the room (because I had not received the keys yet to the unit yet) but had a wonderful experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped me through picking out my paint and tools, would definitely make the journey over the bridge to shop there again!

It can feel daunting to go in and choose just 1 shade of paint, from the bazillion choices available.but with the help of the on-site interior designer, Lisa McGladrey.within just a few minutes, I had a handful of sample colour chips to bring home and review. Next step is to paint a small sample onto my wall to make sure it's the colour I want.can't wait to see the end result
