Bentall Centre

Excellent client care here. My husband had more than one complex issue to address this morning, and our client care representative spent so much time with us. She explained things clearly, came up with alternative solutions if we came across a problem, and was just so patient overall. We were treated with respect and dignity, which we cannot say about all bank branches, unfortunately. A thoroughly positive client service experience.

Worst place if you’re disabled person or with a stroller staff doesn’t know anything and help desk or any board or something to give info about where the elevator is.

My first time going into the center went to the post office to collect a package a lady that help me there was very nice and give good customers service

Located in the heart of the cities financial district. There are four A class towers in this massive complex covering 1.5 million square feet. Two of the five towers are ranked in the top 12 as the highest in Vancouver The towers are home to some of the biggest financial players in the world. The front courtyard offers a little oasis of chillness. This is a good place to relax, enjoy your beverage, people watch or take in all the wonderful surrounding architecture. The wooden structures out front provide a place to sit and enjoy the artistic metal fountain. There is also upbeat music streaming from the underbelly of these sitting areas.

Perhaps an underrated underground mall. Good array of stores and places to eat. Come in through one door, walk around, get a bit lost, come out in a completely different place. Ask your phone for directions back home

Beautiful buildings, nice architecture, great shops and lovely plazas to enjoy anytime of the year.

Security guards won't allow anyone to stand idle and chase them away especially if they are members of the visible minority.

Construction staff are renovating the elevator hallways, and bathrooms. They are very efficient and pretty noise aware.

My favorite Chiropractor and pharmacist are in the basement of this massive business complex along with food courts and a myriad of other services.

Need an office? I hear there are a lot up for grabs in these towers.

Due to covid many stores are closed. However, there still are a food court providing safe distance housekeeping sanitizing the tables and washrooms.

No need to go, Coz all parking reserved by those people who are working there and their known, I saw every spot of parking was reserved even spot was empty, politely said by building people get lost.

Fast, prompt service from Ryan - the manager and a friendly staff by phone. Even supported in finding TPH we had done business with previously. Good service.

The lobby looks good and is clean! The flowers add colour to the place! They even have a station to borrow umbrellas from!

I remember this place clealry. If you are not looking rich or wearing fancy clothes, you will not be acknowledged very well in there.

A variety of options for restaurants and businesses with a lot of parking especially during the evenings

Some food establishment at the food court doesn't seem to belong there in terms of culture fit with people who work in the area.

Changing by the week new ownership is transforming this iconic centre of Vancouver to a super cool place to be!

This is a good building. Its not the best Bentall building, But it has its charms nonetheless. For example, Al Scotts lock and key down below is a great place to visit while subway is toasting your sandwich. They have many varieties of locks and key accessories, and the staff are great. Theres even an escalator to take you back up to the Burrard entrance with your sandwich once you are done shopping. The office tower elevator could be faster though.

Atmosphere is nice and welcoming, updated and easy to find where you need to go.how all office buildings should be! Location is perfect, right near the harbour.
