I like going to Bentall Dental Centre. Their attention is always exceptional. Hadis explained every procedure in detail and she gives me the best advice on maintaining my oral hygiene.

I am a new patient and have had a good experience switching to Dr. Hariri. The reception team is really lovely and helpful. Eloise is a great dental tech and takes the time to explain the procedures she’s doing (great for people who are nervous about the dentist like me!).
They’re very transparent about costs which is appreciated.
Overall very happy with the staff, facility, and the lack of wait time for appointments.

I have been going to Bentall Dental for almost 20 years now, I’m always cared for so well and I really appreciate all the wonderful practitioners and amazing friendly admin Staff. Thank you

I have been coming to this clinic for all my dental needs since 2014. While Dr. Shannon owned the place, it was the best dental clinic around, even when I moved out of Vancouver I drove extra long just to come to this clinic. Recently, Dr. Shannon sold this clinic to someone else and majority of the staff are new.
I made an appointment for teeth cleaning. The front desk staff greeted me nicely and were very polite. I started doing my cleaning, and 45 minutes into the appointment, my hygienist said this was a 2 hour appointment. She explained they needed to do X-rays, and some other stuff. I told them no, I need to leave after 1 hour because I did not pay for 2 hours parking, and because I needed to leave for Whistler for my dads birthday. Even after telling them this they insisted I stay for 2 hours. I said no again and it became a bit awkward. Then, the hygienist told me I needed to wait for the dentist to come talk to me because the dentist thought I would be done closer to 2 hours. It was already an hour and 15 minutes and by the time the dentist came it was an hour and half. Basically I ended up leaving in 1 hour and 40 minutes. I had my elderly father waiting to pick me up from my house for over 45 minutes. Oh did I mention, they also charged me extra for the extra stuff they booked even though no one told me about this. Then to add the cherry on top, I got to my car and had $110 dollar parking ticket because the appointment went on for way longer. I called the office and explained all this, and the front desk ladies agreed this was very unprofessional. However, when the manager called me, I asked for them to either refund me for the extra I was charged during my appointment or to cover my parking ticket, because at this point I was down $250. She said absolutely not lol… I told them I was a loyal client, doing all my dental needs at this clinic, spending tens of thousands of dollars of the years, and that I would stop coming here if this was not dealt with. She said no problem, and told me to seek dental care elsewhere. Dr. Shannon would have never let something like this happen, it’s a shame what a change of ownership can do to a successful, professional, caring business. Definitely will not be returning every again, the manager was as petty as it gets.

Another great check up experience at Bentall Dental. This time I was well taken care of by Hadis. See you guys again in six months

I am always afraid of dentist but the staff here made me feel so relax and reassured, they were gentle and understanding. Answered all my questions and advised me properly. To make my visit even more welcome is the Amazing customer service and very friendly staff. Thank you.
