Friendly staff, idk about the blonde lady though she’s not very nice, sign says anything over $25 and you get a free bag but the blonde lady always asks if I want to buy a bag, like nah I’m good Anyways, but I should be getting it for free with my bottle of cognac

Liquor store is a little expensive the security guards are total loosers, so watch out for them

Very poor service and the staff is very rude to me maybe bcoz I'm not white! I've been there couple of times and didn't get the liquor coz they ask for two pieces of ID and I got my BC ID with my photo, health card and my credit card with signature. And they want another piece of ID with photo and signature like driving license which I don't have. It's very disappointing and that's the reason I never wanna go to this liquor store anymore. All Others stores nearby are very nice.

Terrible experience. One staff member with bright red hair denied my friends and I service. My friend trying to buy a bag of ice was denied because he was too ‘inebriated’…. He just wanted to buy a bag of ice, why would she deny him service?

Good selection of beer, wine, and spirits but they seem to have shifted away from a solid mix of good craft beer, it's mostly the easy ones like Phillips, which are fine, but the rest feels like an afterthought.

Awful security guard. I was harassed at exit. I was allowed to walk around the store but stopped and harassed upon exit after paying. Been going for years. Not happy. Creepy.

Why is the tipping option turned on? It forces button touching even for tap. Questionable motives me thinks and we are choosing to buy here less often til that default setting changes.

Extremely over priced. I recommend any other liquor store for way better prices. The only reason they get 2 stars is cuz they open at 8 am. Save ur money and shop elsewhere

Scam business practices. Gave me a 30% off $50+ purchase coupon and after I paid they decided to price adjust to a few cents below $50 and then charge my card again at full price, claiming they're justified to do so because they RETROACTIVELY price adjusted me to a few cents below minimum value for the promo. Never shopping here again, especially considering they're significantly more expensive than every other liquor store in the area.

Amazing customer experiance, these lovely ladies go above and beyond.considering the pandemic they are there each day and willing to help with 100% customer service, it cant be easy dealing with what the have to on a daily.well done ladies.

They always ask me for my serving it right certification number while picking up from them as a skip driver. It's the only place that does it and it's super annoying.

Lady refused my brother service because he only had one piece of photo ID and a credit card rather than two pieces of photo ID. She then would not let me make my purchase either, even though I had two pieces of photo ID. They say you need two pieces of photo ID which is unrealistical as a lot of people only have one. Accused us of “booting” even though our photo ID clearly showed we were both 19+. She was unapologetic and very rude, we will not be coming back to shop here again.

It was ok. Even thou i think the budwiser beer was near its shelf life unlike the carabou red beer that i usealley drink and pretty strong

Been going here for years, you typical average liquor store. They do have their own line of products they sell.yheu do have a decent points system too.

When my 32 year old daughter tried to pay for her purchase the cashier asked for 2 pieces of ID which she provided, and was told she had to have a credit card and denied service, at the same time I was at another till and denied my purchase by the other young girl working and told it was because I came in with my 32 yr old daughter who they denied

Absolutely wonderful staff, everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always clean and tidy, and they have an amazing selection of VQA wines with a great price point. Cherry on top they have a wonderful points system! Highly recommend Kelowna Berezan

Have a good selection and is usually easy to find everything staff is friendly but can be judgmental but I assume it comes with the job. Fairly decent prices and over all worth a stop in

Convenient parking large selection and good honest cash registers to take your money and out the door you go

Check your receipts folks. This place has different pricing at the till from what’s tagged on the shelf. I’ve caught them doing this twice now. The latest instance, they didn’t even honour the price on the shelf (an item that was tagged $22.70 but I was charged $25.70 at the till), which I believe is against the law. Suffice to say, I will not return.

Staff is super friendly. Store is clean. But the product selection isn't great. I went looking for 1 of 3 things and they didnt have any of the 3 I was looking for. Which were pretty common items compared to other stores I've been to.

Staff is always so friendly and spark up conversation with their customers! Really enjoy coming here when we need liquor or quick gifts for friends.

Absolutely hopeless service. Product on sale scanned at the incorrect price. The staff member then told us that they couldn't give us that price and offered it as a higher price. I said if they couldn't honour the price advertised (Which was less 15% off) we would go somewhere else which was the outcome as the employee could not get the price correct on the till. No apologies or problem solving attempts at all.
