Berezan Liquor Store - Cedar Hills, Surrey, BC

We came from seattle to have some good time with friends. There was a lady I think named Prabha something. First of all, she was not friendly with her tone. I have not seen such a rude person who is not at all friendly and show attitude to customers.

Workers here are racist they deals with the customer on the behalf of their skin they refused to gave me the liqour because they said they refused a customer who was buying the same liquor few minutes ago which doesn’t have any id they said you are buying liquor for him. I didn’t knew any person so they wasted my 20 mins and didn’t gave me the liquor as well felt very bad and discriminated as they all came together on me. I don’t know what can be done but they are very rude.

Friendly staff but prices are to high. Better off to go government liquor store. Also they stopped carrying grapefruit Palm Bay

Update Sept 7/22: Blonde lady helped me try to find something in particular that I was looking for at 10: 30 at night with kindness and a welcome bit of humour. Then we asked if they had any boxes and she helped carry them out to the car! Can't ask for better service here!

Love the points system. Takes forever to get a reward but at least they have one unlike 99% of other stores. Friendly enough staff. Always greeted as I come in the door.

Worst place! Employees are racists and have no manners at all.no good customer service! Discriminators and haters out working there! Don’t go to this location ever!

Came here for the first time after being denied from the Angry Otter at 120/96 for not have 2 pieces of ID for appearing under 40 (not 30). The service here was phenomenal. For the first time in my life I tipped someone at a liquor store because the woman was so nice and helpful. I will always drive the extra distance to come to the location because of ho nice they were. And I got free ice for spending over a certain amount of money (I have no idea what the minimum purchase is, my purchase was about $60)

I bought a six pack of beer, I accidentally bought peach flavour of stanley park beer and unfortunately I am allergic to peach. I called them, explained my situation and said I just want to exchange the beers as it was bought just 35 minutes ago but the guy name ‘JAKE’ said they can’t return due to covid and it is not their fault as I picked that flavour.
Packs are sealed, still in a bag how can covid affect this thing. Every other brand is taking exchange as stores like Costco, Walmart, superstores can do exchanges and returns why these guys can’t. It’s been two years and stores are not supposed to use Covid as a cover to avoid any return or exchange. It’s not about money but it’s about service. I asked for the email to have a word with some senior person but these guys refused to provide any help.

DO NOT come here if you’re driving. Every time my friends or I come here we always get pulled over a block after by the police.

Helpful and friendly staff. Quite a lot of choices for a somewhat small local store. My recent fav is the Hires root beer vodka single cans and the um pink crush type one beside it. Great for not tasting the alcohol and the pink one is 7%!

Police love to harass people whenever they leave this liquor store. Especially during the weekends. Got pulled over after picking up a case of beer to watch Sunday night football with the family. What kind of liquor store is this where their customers get pulled over just for getting drinks at their establishment.

Great staff, good prices and they have a membership/loyalty program that actually offers pretty great discounts.

Have received 20$ discount on 20$ bottle of whiskey and just paid the taxes/deposit and little bit of cash.

Highly recommend them

Not really sure what the point is in shopping here if the staff have 0 respect for the customers, imagine this you go to a store, and upon leaving the store you have a weird feeling in your stomach like you were just mistreated, would you continue to give money to said individuals?

Yeah I think ill be giving this place a pass for now on, plenty of other liquor stores where customer service is a priority.

Don't go here if your east Indian. The cashier alerts cops when you buy alochol, so when you drive way a police follow you and next block police pull you over. It's happened to myself and many people I know, they stopped coming here and now so have I. Just a warning not to bother or chances are high you will get harrassed by police.

Liquor store is the only one which is open on Christmas in nearby areas. It has most of the brand's in whiskey, rum and beer. Only missing is IPA in beer category. Staff is awesome. Cheers

Better then a BC liqour store Brezan carries a great variety of beer and liqour you dont find other places at good prices. The staff is also usually friendly and helpful.
