A few months after moving into our new Townhouse, numerous Builders Liens and Certificates of Pending Litigations started appearing on our title. Unbeknownst to us, the Developer had failed to uphold his end of agreements with various subcontractors and we were now caught in the cross-fire.
After consulting with numerous lawyers, we settled on having Bernard represent us. We were already aware of his reputation as a knowledgeable and efficient lawyer, and this was quickly confirmed during our first face-to-face meeting. Stay away of this law firm. They dont do their job and no knowledge on how to do work on selling property. They will make you sign the paperwork so if anything go wrong they dont have any responsibility. Stay away of this law firm!

The client did communicate the issue with you and you stated that you were not responsible. This negligence has cause this client with big chunk penalty and interest. Please take responsibility for your future clients as most of us are not familiar with the laws, that’s why we pay money to hire professionals to take care of the business.
