Bertram & Co Tattoo and Piercing

He did a great job in our piercings! My partner and I have been there twice now and they have healed great.

Got a piercing today by Mike. The girl up front was nice and helpful (not sure of her name) but when I went to get pierced it felt very rushed, Mike didn’t take the time to talk to me before or after my piercing, I expressed I was nervous a couple of times and anxious about needles and he just told me to stop moving my head around. Barely made eye contact with me and it felt like I was interrupting something by going in for my appointment. Piercing itself looks good but I would not recommend this place because of how the experience made me feel

Would highly recommend to anyone worldwide! I took an opportunity to meet with the owner Dan by chance today and mentioned at length the vision that I have for a tattoo, I got a good sense of his passion and commitment to quality as evidenced by word of mouth looking forward to getting my first tattoo done at Bertram tattoo

I highly recommend Bertram & Co.for any piercing. They are very helpful and kind. We just recently took my daughter to get her ears pierced and they were so gentle and patient. Made her feel very comfortable, we distracted her with a show and she didn't even notice. Great service and great follow up!

Went to get my belly button pierced, I was running a few minutes late so I called them and they were really nice about it. It was quick and painless, very reasonable pricing. I am very happy with it and Mike was amazing. Definitely will get future piercings here:)

I get all my piercings here! Teegan is my favourite and at this point she has done probably 70% of all my body piercings.

Made an appointment with Mike, he made everything SO fast and clean, he was very nice and even gave me a gold labret for the medusa piercing he gave me! I was in and out in less than 10 mins! I will for sure be going to this place again:)

Went in today with a few friends for some spontaneous piercings! We all had a great experience getting pierced and loved how fast & professional it was. The shop is also very clean. We will be back! Thanks again!

I took my 5 year old daughter here to get her original ear rings removed. He was very friendly to us and treated us very well. Highly recommended.

Went in and signed papers to get my bridge pierced.took 10 mins to get in and out of there and the staff was very friendly and straightforward.will be coming back

Super unprofessional, was aggressive and sounded more annoyed I scheduled for a piercing. Didn’t give an after care sheet or anything.

They are very accommodating and friendly like always. My mom and I came in today to get a piercing and they are nothing but kinda and welcoming, everything is very clean and ready to go. Best place in Kelowna to got piercings done.

Horrible experience. Guy at the front had zero interest in actually listening to what I was requesting assistance with. Would not recommend. I'll take the drive to Vancouver for somewhere reputable with half decent service, at the minimum

Got my nostril pierced as a walk in, very clean and professional will definitely be back!
update: i’ve gotten 12 piercings now here and they have all been amazing quality and have all healed great
