He took time out to check mine out and explain a bunch about shifter upgrades and share his knowledge. This place is great and very honest. These guys really know what they're doing. Ford wanted to overhaul my transmission, but Bert's test drove with me, explained in simple terms what was wrong, and serviced my transmission for under $200. Highly recommended
