Tried to buy a car with my friend but instead they gave my friend a negative advice also be careful the car may look clean but I recommend you to check the CARFAX of the car first before buying it they be saying a lot of comments that the car is clean title no accidents or whatever but the truth is not.

I just had a flat tire while shopping around for cars and the owner was really nice and filled it up for me and very kind to speak with

Was interested in purchasing a vehicle listed on their website AND Facebook marketplace after the dealership had lowered the price on both sites. Salesman claimed the price change was an error (and changed the price back while speaking to me). When I advised that I would be reporting to MVSA, salesman agreed to sell for lower price but without the one year warranty that was clearly listed in both ads as being included in the price. Will be reporting this fraudulent practice to MVSA. Avoid this shady dealership!

Highly unprofessional dealership. Won't recommend it to anybody. Poor costumer service and the guy is not willing to share inspection report. Doesn't want you to have a test drive before buying a car from them. Went couple of times there and owner has poor etiquettes and doesn't know to greet anybody coming to him and makes you wait for no reason. That's not how you do business. Prioritize customer service rather than rebuilding cars with poor inspection report. Needs a 0 star rating.

I've had a really awful experience with Best Deal Auto Sales and highly recommend going elsewhere.

After 7 months of having the vehicle, I had to go in for over $2500 in repairs (left front strut leaking, left front axel seal leaking, right inner tierod had play, rear brakes at 0%, front brakes at 50%, muffler leaking, etc). I bought it with 162,320 kms and these issues were at 172,922 kms. When I reached out to him about the repairs, he suggested I find a "boyfriend for a day" to fix my brakes if he sent me the parts. It wasn't just brake pads, it was caliper and rotors as well.

The A/C was broken and he didn't have the part at the time of purchase so offered to pay my gas $ for me to come back down and fix it another time. I drove down (7 hours one way from my home town) and it ended up being the wrong part. I called him numerous times and he didn't pick up until I was headed home and offered no apology. The mechanic at shop found the part in California and said it would take 1 week to get here. I asked for the A/C to be fixed locally, and he's refused because he cannot find the part used and it's too expensive for him to purchase new. It's been over a year since I bought the vehicle and he has stopped responding to my texts / calls. If he offers repairs in the future, make sure to put a "repairs to be completed by (insert date) and with new parts" as that's what he's using to refuse to pay for my A/C, he said he'd get it fixed but not by when, nor that the part needed to be new.

It's been a really trying and unprofessional experience and I just want anyone who buys a vehicle with this dealership to be aware of what they are getting into. I feel pretty taken advantage of as a young female without much knowledge about cars. If you are to purchase from him, I highly suggest taking the car to a mechanic for review prior to buying. It's costed me a lot of time, money, frustration and my vehicle still feels unreliable.

They said they did full inspection before sale, and everything was good, but even after sale they didn't share the inspection report. When asked, they said there is three months warranty, so why I'm worried. Then after 2 months, there was a sound coming while slowing down, so did a peace of mind inspection somewhere else, and the report was shocking. The brake pad was way too less than safety standard. Battery was also showing lower than normal. When called them they denied these and even told they didn't say anything about 3 months warranty. Very poor service and don't even know how to talk properly to a customer.

Last week, I helped my new comer friend to buy a 2007 Yaris from someone named Sean. The car was a very good deal with low mileage. We really liked the advises they gave us & the customer service they offered. For sure I recommend them to all my friends.

If i could give 0 star l would banch of crooks i had really bad exparince with them please stay away from them dont vast your money and time

Came out to see a vehicle, but it had sold the day before and they hadn't bothered to take down the ad. Big waste of time. Be sure to call ahead before visiting to ensure the vehicle you want to see is still there

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I was nervous buying my first car but I was greeted by Ali and he made me feel so comfortable as a woman walking into a dealership. He was not pushy at all. I was able to test drive so many cars to feel at ease. Later I was assisted by Shan who was very informative as well and helped me with all my questions.

Shady looking used car lot with lots of cars that are obviously going to be rebuilt. No staff acknowledged us when we walked onto the lot.

Would definitely recommend this dealership. The staff that work there go the extra mile to help you out and give you the best service. I am very satisfied happy customer. Will do business with them in the future for any vehicle needs.

The overall experience was great. I booked a visit with Shawn on October 27 because 2 of my colleagues at work recommended Best auto deal. Upon arrival he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the options that are suitable for us. What my partner and I liked about him is that he is not a pushy salesperson. We ended up buying a Chevrolet Sonic and we like the car a lot!
Once we got home and realized that one of the heating seats wasn't working, Shawn and Gerry helped us arrange the repair and a courtesy car for during the repair in a timely fashion.
Shawn was great at explaining the complicated insurance details and it was a pleasure overall.

Came here on January 25,2020 to trade a car in order to get a car for my wife since we are having a newborn in the summer.

We ended up trading in our car for a 2011 bmw x5. The overall experience I'd say was good. Sean was nice and polite. I really like him as a person. As previous reviews state he is definitely not pushy at all and will let you take your time deciding for yourself.

There was a little problem regarding a key fob that was missing (supposed to have 2.) that Sean took care of for me. He wasn't able to locate the missing key and had replaced a new key (Which would cost over $500 from the dealership.) without any extra cost to myself.

Overall with my experience and never having been here before it was great. If you know what to look for in a car I think you could find a great price for a car.

Would definitely recommend and refer any future car buyers I know to Sean.
