Best Western King George Inn & Suites

We had a wonderful experience here. The service was amazing. The breakfast was more than ever expected it to be. They even had pancakes and eggs! The room even had a kitchenette! It was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay there again. Bring your bathing suit! There is even a pool and workout room! I was very happy with everything

I was moving from the Okanagan to Surrey and needed a close hotel to my new place to live. I was met with the warmest Welcome and friendly customer service! The hotel staff are exceptional and assisted me greatly when I needed an extra night! I needed to switch rooms and they accommodated me with another very clean and comfortable room!
They also offer and include a hearty breakfast that begins your day in a wonderful way!
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
Great value and excellent time spent!

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel! We were travelling as a school team and were welcomed by Aman and his team who had made us each a bag of snacks they thought we might need at the race with notes of encouragement on them (so sweet!). The pool and weight room were great, the waffles with fresh berries were fantastic - if I'd had any more room, I would have definitely partaken of the muffins, toast, sausages, eggs, and fruit that were also part of the breakfast. Seriously, I would stay here even if it meant having to travel to whatever it was that brought me to Vancouver. Fantastic experience - highly recommend!

Best western, steady comfort you know what you get here. Reasonably comfortable beds and clean rooms. Friendly desk staff and the typical best western breakfast. Price is a little on the high side for what you get. It is part of a large busy city, so i guess anything around 200 a night is reasonable here.

Neat and clean decent place to stay for a good price. Very courteous staff and professional conduct. Thanks to Mr. Aman Singh for sorting out a complex billing issue and addressing it in timely manner.

The hotel was overall clean and it is in a quiet area. I was very disappointed with the breakfast, specifically the coffee… coffee is such important part of my day and was really disgusted by what they offered in the breakfast lounge. I poured a cup from their machine that supposedly had many options, just poured black coffee and I went to taste but the smell of … mouldy water I want to say? Was VERY overwhelming so naturally I didn’t try it. My fiancé mentioned that it might have been the cup so I poured another one and it was surely the coffee. When I approached the lady that worked there about it, she just said that’s the only coffee that’s available… when I pay over $200/night for hotel, I expect at least the coffee to be good. I didn’t care for the breakfast either. I left and got Starbucks but my fiancé didn’t mind the breakfast so hence the 4 stars, otherwise I would have given 3/5. I suggest the coffee machine should be cleaned and de-scaled.

I had the pleasure of an extended stay at this hotel. They have the most amazing staff! I was there for 2 months and was treated like family from the first to the last day of my stay. The staff always say hello.always have a smile, and they all work very hard. If you need a hotel in Surrey this is the BEST choice!

The room was fairly average and the air conditioner was quite noisy, BUT, it was clean. All of the staff made sure to smile and say hello as they passed which was welcomed. The front counter staff always made a quick conversation as we were coming or going. I will be staying there again on future visits. Good job!

This hotel has great staff, everyone is very kind and helpful. The rooms are great too. Also they have a good food selection for breakfast as well. I am loving the stay at this hotel!

This hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff here are extremely kind and friendly. Our whole experience from check-in to check-out was exceptional, and we would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend

We were here for a soccer tournament and I ended up not staying with the team. When I cancelled my reservation they said it wasn't a problem, until the team got charged regardless. Be careful booking here if there's a possibility of needing to cancel as they don't seem to follow their own word. Horrible experience. Will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk staff Eric was enthusiastic and very helpful about visiting Vancouver. Radha in the breakfast area was very courteous and friendly. Housekeeping was great! Best thing was able to sleep with window ajar! There is no need for the A/C!

We had a medical emergency while there.they were absolutely amazing. So kind. So helpful. And EXTREMELY clean

The room was clean and I found everything I could need, we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and it is a great help when you travel with children, the breakfast buffet was very complete and organized, but don't expect a smile

Called last minute and the staff was very accommodating and so helpful to our situation. Once we arrived they two emebers at the front desk Jaden and Raman were polite, friendly, and very helpful. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again due to the great customer service. Thank you!

Stay here for 1 night with my family. Staff is very patient and professional. Swimming pool water is warm so it is perfect for me and my daughter. This might not be the newest Bestwestern Hotel we stayed but definitely 1 of the best. 5 stars for the staff.

Stayed here for 11 days for work, staff was great from the front desk to the maids and breakfast staff. Room was cleaned daily and always stocked with amenities. If I had any complaints it would be to clean the tile on the hot tub and start breakfast at 6am instead of 6: 30 so people that start at 7 and have a 30 min drive to work don't have to choke it down and run. Otherwise it was a great stay, I would stay here again, hopefully next time I will be able to collect the reward points instead of the company that booked it for me.

I needed a place to stay with a full size fridge which was hard to figure out online. I called and the staff went above and beyond to confirm the size of the fridge. My stay was treated with the same great hospitality and kindness!
