Best Western Plus Country Meadows Inn

It's not worth the 300$$. Front desk is incompetent, tv has no cable signal she says it's input issue. It's not I did what she said, didnt work not surprised. Hot tub is more of a cold tub, incorrect wifi password. You don't want to drive 13 hours then have to deal with this level of incompetence and for 300 bucks you can pretty much stay anywhere. Stay anywhere but here.

Clean, nice staff, room was perfect for our family of four. The pool was small but clean and at a good temperature and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving.
Breakfast was perfect to start the day and Marlene kept it running smooth and clean, hash browns, pork sausages, pre-made cheese omlettes as well as boiled eggs, variety of cereals and pastries as well as hot coffee and tea.

The hotel is in a quiet location, neat and clean. Staff helpful and friendly, good breakfast by Canadian standards. Plenty of dining and service establishments in the area. The restaurant next to the hotel serves tasty meals. Recommended for a short stopover.

Had to cancel a week before stay. Would not consider rebooking or refund. They simply stole over $500 from a senior. Had problem before covid with this location. Thought would try again. Never again. Do not stay at this best western if you can avoid it. They also jack up rates to screw tourists on Memorial Day weekend. They are an embarrassment to the best western brand. Please avoid!

Ed at the front desk has zero customer service skills and should be fired. If you want to stay in a hotel with bugs and deal with Ed stay here. If not stay anywhere else.

This is the second time I had to stay in this place, very good location for what I need to do, the second floor rooms have faster WiFi than the first floor.
It is also pet friendly.
Most staff members are nice and friendly.
Breakfast is good, but not much variety.

This hotel was disgusting. We were given a room that was full of bugs. It looked like they had just had someone there for pest control who killed all of the bugs but they forgot to clean them up. There were also live bugs. It was awful. Don't go! Honestly do not go unless you want to come home infested.

The room is not small, with a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning and heating, bath supplies, and no toothbrush or toothpaste. There is a capsule coffee machine and tea bags. There are local stores and McDonald's nearby. There are free coffee machines and water dispensers. Free parking lot, repurchase rate 90%

Do not go. Me and my family recently stayed at this hotel and the minute we got there I was let down. When we first go there there was no burner, and only 3 towels as we were a family of 4. It took them 1hour and a half to get more towels and a burner. Our window view was a satellite disk, a wall, and a window to another persons room. Once we got to the pool, the hot tub was cold and the pool room was very dark and cold. The service was very poor. I took a shower and when I got out there was a black hair on me, mind you my entire family has blonde hair. There was only 1 person working at the front desk and running the entire hotel. Don’t go here might as well just stay home

The front desk staff was next level useless with a no apology attitude. There was no hotplate in the room as advertised. The room was for 4 people but there was only 3 sets of towels. They charged us an exorbitant rate for staying during spring break and this very expensive room had a "breathtaking" view of the cooling and heating unit on top of the hotel. The hot tub was luke warm and the pool was cold.

I seldom leave negative reviews but this hotel provided a bad experience. We spent four nights here.
At check-in we were told that due to fire regulations we could only have 4 guests in the room (we have 2 adults and 4 kids). However they said we could stay but there was an extra $20/night charge. We argued this was unreasonable and the staff said if we didn't like the charge they would just cancel the reservation. (everything was sold out in the area, we had booked days ahead).
We mentioned the website clearly states children 12 and under stay free. The staff said they had their own policy.
We ended up paying the extra charge but would not stay here again.

Very poor customer service. We are having a number of out-of-town guests visit this summer for a wedding. Had called the hotel to inquire about arranging a block of rooms (18-20 rooms). Called 4 times, 3 of those times, we left our information and were told the manager would call us back. Never received one call back and we first called several months ago! So disappointing to treat potential customers like this, especially when you consider we were looking for that many rooms. Disappointing because location of hotel was ideal, but will be looking elsewhere.

I have stayed here 4 times in the past 3 months. The first time was a perfect experience. Unfortunately that hasn't continued to be the case. It keeps getting worse.

The last time I stayed, the hot tub was only lukewarm in the evening and scalding in the morning. The issue was mentioned to the male desk clerk in the morning who really didn't seem to care. The heating in the room was all over the place as well. All through the night, I was up trying to adjust it to a reasonable temperature. This was also mentioned to the desk clerk at check out with the same reaction to being told about the spa.

I'll definitely be looking for a different place to stay from here on out.

Old and run down motel.everything is broken, stinks and dirty.don't believe the photo

Dirty carpets, the whole place smells like a gym. One mattress was kind of like a bowl, the other was fine. Cupboard doors falling off. Some of the staff are very nice, others not so much.

Wake up call late. Towels are basically see through. Carpets filthy. Definitely not to a plus standard.

This establishment charged me for a stay even though I cancelled within the allowed time period. This was booked through a booking agent. The agent assured me that he cancelled and that he had asked for the charge to be reversed multiple times. When I called the first time, they said they would talk to the manager and never got back to me, when I called the second time, they said there was nothing they could do for me. Even though I had email proof of the cancellation. They have held over $500 of my money for 3 months and refuse to process a refund. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and as I expressed my frustration with being out $500 for 3 months, she hung up on me. I would stay away from dealing with this property.
